Review 2:Good size room, comfortable bed, heated pool and an easy walk to town. Happy hour was enjoyable as well and the breakfast although simple was well stocked and fresh
Review 3:#1 Unit was OLD and FRUMPY #2 Unit was NOT very clean #3 Bathroom towels were nearly threadbare #4 No air conditioning would not have been an issue if the windows had screens and we could have enjoyed the cool mountain evening air #5 Breakfast was meager but coffee was tasty #6 Would not recommend and would not stay there again.
Review 4:#1 Location was terrific #2 Swimming pool was a real asset #3 Most staff members were very friendly and helpful #4 The landscaping around the pool was very eye appealing
Review 5:The bathrooms are terrible ,fullty and smily. They should not be carpeted. It must have tiles instead for hygiene. The beds are not that clean or comfortable. They also charged me extra than the booking site mentioned for no reason
Review 6:super friendly front desk, lovely and charming room, and tasty breakfast. located just at the edge of town, quiet neighborhood but just blocks to the slopes.
Review 7:After the friendly check in the front desk clerk seemed to be less friendy as the second guest, also a male, arrived. It might be a wrong impression, but it was an impresssion.
Review 8:The bedroom and bathroom were large, with enough closet room.
Review 9:Narrow and steepish stairs to room.
Review 10:We arrive after hours but had no difficulty in accessing our room. Although on the smallish side, the room was very comfortable. Entrance lounge was very inviting. Very helpful staff..
Review 11:The main room was a little outdated, but still clean and in great shape.
Review 12:The most important thing for us when we travel is cleanliness and this room was impeccably clean. And the bathroom was updated with marble and granite and looked great.
Review 13:Mattress a little old. Bathroom door noisy.
Review 14:Comfort and cleanliness, staff attention excellent, quiet location close to everything. Nice breakfast. Free internet. Wine in the PM (nice touch).
Review 15:Most other Aspen hotels are outrageously expensive.
Review 16:Inexpensive and clean. Nice small, warm swimming pool. Breakfast was good, happy hour included cookies, lemonade and white wine! Free bus shuttles all over town with stops a block away. Aspen is a very clean town, well maintained.
Review 17:some cannabis clouds in the hallways, better book a double room for yourself to avoid loud room-mates
Review 18:owner (Tom) is very friendly and knowledgable about the area. Hostel is just a 10 min walk away from the gondula and other Aspen attractions. Great vegan breakfast, nice salt water pool. Excellent price given that you are almost downtown Aspen.
Review 19:Shared bathroom was clean and well maintained. Only one shower for entire floor could be a problem if hotel was more crowded. Breakfast choices limited if arriving late.
Review 20:Friendly staff. Nice layout. Close to town. Breakfast included with lots of fresh fruit.
Review 21:We just loved staying at St Moritz! The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming and the "happy hour" provided a friendly, homely atmosphere. We felt right at home! The gardens and pool area were beautiful and so inviting and we loved the hammock.
Review 22:The location we had booked on line was dark, had a musty smell, and the toilet did not flush properly. It was not well maintained. After 1 night we transfered to a larger suite it was better but also in need of up keep
Review 23:The gardens and pool area were nice. The beds were good.

Review 44:Good value in Aspen, close to bus line for Snowmass. Nice breakfast included
Review 45:i have to say that everything was perfect
Review 46:The staff was very welcoming and it seems to be in Europe. Nice breakfast and nice pool
Review 47:Loved the intimacy of the St Moritz...Tom at the front desk was particularly helpful and the Apres in the evening was fun!
Review 48:Nothing
Review 49:Value for money! And the wine was a wonderful touch!
Review 50:St Moritz has a terrific location, very friendly staff, incredibly comfortable beds and great heated pool after a big day on the slopes!
Review 51:Able to walk to town area, well landscaped hotel, convenient to many things in Aspen
Review 52:Nice room with full kitchen, heated pool, steam room, BBQ facilities, location
Review 53:very nice hotel, with warm pool an spa, and steam room, very nice to relax!! Just a little far from downtown, 5 minutes walk
Review 54:Rooms were small, smaller than what I'm used to.
Review 55:It was clean, peaceful and good location. Overall we enjoyed our stay there! Staff were great!
Review 56:Walls are not noise proof
Review 57:Quiet area, close to center of Aspen
Review 58:It was a business trip and I had to cancel. Though it was 6-days out, they still charged me a $25 cancellatoion fee. That was unsatisfactory!
Review 59:Tree trimmers should have waited until check-out time, 10AM, before trimming trees. I could not respond to question one accurately. I was traveling with my sister.
Review 60:Cleanliness, type of room accomodations, landscaping.
Review 61:I stayed in a hostel style room - great value for the price, good location (I was able to walk everywhere), comfortable, clean. I will definitely be staying here again when I go back to Aspen.
Review 62:The location of my bedroom was right over the front door n the smoking area which caused some sleeping problems.
Review 63:I enjoyed the facilities and the staff n especially the hot cider n popcorn. The hot tub was nice to have.
Review 64:The walls are paper thin so make sure you bring a good pair of earplugs to block out the late night and early morning noise.
Review 65:Close to town and ski bus stops, it took me on average 7 mins to walk anywhere. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms with lots of storage space. My room had a bay window with a view of the mountains. Most importantly there was a continuous hot water supply.
Review 66:Top bed in 3 bed shared room is a bit narrow and without guards, i was little worried not to fall down during sleep.
Review 67:Staff is very friendly, it is great place to meet people. Breakfast was good for me. Coffee is strong to wake me up well :) I really enjoy apres ski wine, hot cider, popcorn and cookies. They have amazing large hot pool that is great place to relax and chat with other guests after day on the slopes. It is in very central location on quit street, but also 10min walk to all restaurants/cafes/nightlife and 5min to ski shuttles and ski lift. I only stayed 2 nights, i will definitely come back for longer stay soon. Will definitely recommend this place to everybody.
Review 68:The room was very small, we thought we booked a room with 2 queens (as astandard), instead there was a twin and a full. The full was like agiant marshmallow with sheets! My back was killing me the enter weekend. It was a 70's setting...which was pretty funny, but for$200/night...well, no thanks.
Review 69:Tom was awesome and very friendly, as was the gentle who checked us out! There was a woman that was very rude and sarcastic. While restocking thebreakfast area was actually throwing things around...everyone in theroom went silent. In the afternoon, a man who seemed to be the ownercame around, then she very sweet....I Had to look at her a couple tomake sure it was the same woman. The huge hot tub was great with anexcellent view of the mountains!
Review 70:Can't think of anything. By the way the for-two glass shower wasalso a plus!
Review 71:Location & value exceptional! We had a better & us obstructedview of the mountains than the more expensive in-town places - flor toceiling window drapes closed for privacy, while our bay window withwindow seat afforded. Bird's eye view and complete privacy.
Review 72:The mini fridge was in the closet and didn't close tightly.
Review 73:It was off the main street a few blocks so it was quiet at night but yet we could walk in to downtown Aspen easily.
Review 74:The staff member who greeted us, Tom, was very friendly and helpful. The outdoor area was beautifully landscaped. Inside was neat and tidy. In particular, our room and bathroom were very clean. We loved the convenience to town and the great rate for an overnight in Aspen. Breakfast being provided was quite convenient and got us on our way quickly.
Review 75:Beds are not remarkably comfortable and the pillows rather sucked.. Downstairs is exceedingly warm at night, (no ventilation once office is locked).
Review 76:Your staff is great - Helpful, present, Fun. Facility is clean, pool was great and all in a gorgeous setting.
Review 77:Continental Breakfast was not adequately restocked after early arrivals.
Review 78:View of the mountains from our room. Room was clean and staff friendly. Beautiful flowers and well maintained grounds.
Review 79:Staff was very friendly. Cost was great. Right next to a beautiful trail, and within walking distance of everything in Aspen. Very convenient to book a room.
Review 80:beautiful cheap place to stay, right below the mountains with an amazing view. The rooms were amazing comfortable, clean, spacious... like a 5 star hotel! and it has parking just outside in a very quiet street, 2 blocks distance from main street... totally recommended!
Review 81:The place should have ski tuning facility for the Winter. Simple bench with a vice I won't need it as have my own but other might. They let me use a room for I'm grateful
Review 82:General Facility good for the price. Staff friendly and helpful.
Review 83:Some eqipment could be replaced with a new one, but it's a minor problem.
Review 84:Nice location and fairly low prices. Great personel, friendly and helpful! And popcorn! If I ever come back to Aspen, this will be my first place to stop.
Review 85:All goodness.
Review 86:Todd at the front desk was super helpful and practically answered every question we had before we could ask. Breakfast included was a sweet bonus.
Review 87:The bed was okay, but not real comfortable.
Review 88:The small kitchenette was nice as well as the bathroom. We also enjoyed hanging out in the pool with the other guests in the evening.
Review 89:The walls are poorly insulated, typical for an older property.
Review 90:The continental breakfast had the healthiest choices of the last 50 hotels/motels we have been to. Everybody was very friendly, and the heated outdoor pool and garden was well-maintained.
Review 91:The walls are paper thin, and the people staying there seem to be the 'party crowd.' We had to endure loud sex noises with the couple next door, and loud conversations in the courtyard at 3:30 am. Some of the people staying there were extremely rude to other guests due to their late hours and loud noises, and the hotel has completely inadequate insulation. The beds and pillows were not good.
Review 92:The price was good for Aspen, the location was great, and it was convenient to have breakfast there.
Review 93:The bed mattresses were a bit uncomfortable -- but adequate for a short stay.
Review 94:The hotel is conveniently located in Aspen -- about a ten minute walk to the town center. It was a relatively quiet location, with a nice swimming pool and view facing south to a mountainside. Parking was convenient. Our room had a nice window seat with an overhead light, which was good for reading.
Review 95:I liked everything except the failure to enforce the closing time forthe swimming pool. Since our room was right on the swimming pool groundlevel, late night swimmers and revelers in the pool woke us up and keptus awake. Other than that, all was very nice.
Review 96:I would never stay there again. The window was broken, the beds were terrible, the towels were old and stained, the place smelled and overall it was just plain creepy!
Review 97:The location and price were fine, but remember you get what you pay for!
Review 98:There should be a better set up for watching tv since there are none in the rooms, also they need a stove and oven in the kitchen,i mean heayed pool and steamroom how bout a real lounge, also no a/c sucks
Review 99:Close to volleyball courts, and cheap
Review 100:The room itself was a tad stuffy, and the furnishings old, but for theprice (especially in Aspen!) it was a great find. I would definitelychoose St. Moritz again, if and when I return to Aspen.
Review 101:Although our stay was only for one night, St. Moritz made a verypositive impression on me. The ambiance was of a quaint, European hotel, with rustic rooms and a courtyard complete with heated swimming pool andpatches of floral gardens. The staff was very friendly andaccommodating, offering tips on what to do in Aspen during our stay.Wine for the adults and lemonade and cookies for the kids were presentedin the lobby during the early evening. A spread of continentalbreakfast, including fresh pastries and fruit, was offered in themorning. The room itself was a tad stuffy, and the furnishings old, butfor the price (especially in Aspen!) it was a great find. I woulddefinitely choose St. Moritz again, if and when I return to Aspen.
Review 102:The included breakfast turned out not to be included. Breakfast is only included in certain time periods. They should reflect this correctly in the room types in my opinion.
Review 103:Room is properly decorated.
Review 104:I did not like how the food was prepared for breakfast. The young ladywho prepped the food looked like a slob and she did not take pride inher work. She did not wash the fruit (grapes were sticky and she did notrinse the canteloupe before cutting - big food service no-no). Also, there was no brown sugar for the oatmeal. How can you have a good bowlof oatmeal without brown sugar.
Review 105:Friendly staff, good room, nice pool, apres ski....
Review 106:This is a quirky little hotel and hostel in a quiet part of Aspen. Its amenities are comfortable and family friendly, its policies are also very family friendly (shutting down the pool at 8 pm so my children got a good night's sleep, for example) and the owners are wonderful. One of them even went over to his own house to get my toddler a fresh banana at breakfast. Convivial atmosphere at an amazing price.
Review 107:I think is still way too "dated" I know the price is right but you get update linens and other little things to make it look at little less dated. I think I would still pay a little more money to stay closer to town and have a nicer room.
Review 108:There was one thing I really liked, it was pretty quiet and the pool is nice.
Review 109:No drying room or facilties for ski gear like gloves and boots .
Review 110:The friendly staff and the rooms were OK for the price . close to town center . mostly.
Review 111:Breakfast was gone by 8:30am, not very good selection. Bed comforters, sheets & mattresses need to be replaced.
Review 112:Most affordable place in Aspen with private bathrooms. Great location toski slopes. Friendly staff, clean rooms, free breakfast, heated pool.
Review 113:Beautiful property, very nice staff, hot pool, and great location.
Review 114:nothing Zilch :-)
Review 115:So far the best place i have stayed in. Excellent location, friendly staff , Arianna and Tom especially made us feel at home
Review 116:Great location friendly helpful staff
Review 117:Expensive, but everything is in Aspen. This was the less one. Breakfast is very good.
Review 118:Heated pool outside, staff, happy hour
Review 119:Tom and Clarissa were friendly, helpful and great hosts.
