Review 1：The cleanliness is not the best, even public areas are used as storage. It's a hotel not someone's private flat... Some basic amenities are lacking and I found myself having to explain a few things to staff. They are nice, but need more training. Also, quite dissappointing there is no place to have a drink at after 11pm and it's a shame they have no pool.
Review 2：The location is perfect, accessible, nice parking amenities and a welcoming feel as you come in, the rooms and facilities are decent and a fair size, the jacuzzi is nice and warm and the staff are quite flexible and helpful. Of all the hotels in Subotica, this is probably the best one.
Review 3：I still cant believe that they allow people to smoke in hotel rooms in this country. They say that there not supposed to but why do they provide an ashtray in the room then?

The town is perfect fora weekend trip not too big to get tired but enough to see in two days.The hotel is very nice, with perfect and comfortable beds. There is abalcony as well with view to the church. Noise isolation is very good.Hotel staff is very good and was very flexible when we had some issuesusing the spa.
