Review 1：We stayed there in December as a family. The biggest problem was that the place was CLOSED actually but they did not inform us about that. They gave us a room anyway as I had booked the place 2 months in advance. There was no hot water provided and the room was too cold. It was too cold to eat outside but there was no breakfast facility inside. It is too expensive for the poor service provided but the location saves the place. No room cleaning service provided. No shampoo provided.

Review 4：Top location. Very nice and knowledgeable owner. Owner went to great length to accommodate (things that no way would have been possible in a big hotel). Family run and friendly to the extend that it becomes contagious to the fellow guests.

Review 5：Breakfast does not start until 9.00 am. Some advertised services not actually available during my 3 day stay e.g. Restaurant, bar, room service, 24 hour front desk, as no staff there for much of the afternoon and evening.

Review 15：hot/cold water tap in the shower is quite sensitive and the temperature is fluctuating. Filiz promised that it will be fixed soon and i believe her.

Review 16：the owner Filiz and all the other employees are warm and friendly, which makes you feel at home. We received coffee and watermellon when we checked in, which was a nice gesture. The view from the hotel is amazing. The breakfast is excellent with homemade jam and egg. Şenay (if i remember her name correctly) even made me scrambled eggs, when i told her i don't like them boiled. Clearly they rely on happy and returning customers and we will definitely return.

Review 19：We loved everything :) Excellent location, directly looks to the Tombs, very clean rooms, quite, peaceful, good breakfast, great services, always happy people. It has cute garden, a sun deck on the water. Family owned and Filiz 'the owner' is great, also his nephew Burak.

Review 21：Feliz and staff are great, nothing is to much trouble they / she goes out of there way to help you have a great stay, the service e is great and so is the food. As for location a view to die for , directly opposite the Tombs, lovely garden with a Sun deck on the river, just jump in when you get hot, we have stayed before and will definatlly be back soon, thanks for making our break so much better.

Review 31：We stayed ther for 2 day's, did not receive fresh towels on day 2. Bathroom had no ventilation, therefor th e bathroom as well as the bedroom were both very humidity. Staff present during the day did not speak english/german/french.

Review 33：Filiz was very nice & welcoming. She couldn't be more helpful in making our stay more comfortable. The hotel was clean & the breakfast was very delicious. The location is excellent, the shops and restaurants are within a few minutes walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Review 34：The "wet room" ~ shower, tiolet etc. were dangerously wet. Shower water would not run away. Had to use a squeegee all the time and even then the floor tiles stayed wet and slippery.
