Review 1：The rooms were poorly lit, and the hall light in our guest room was burned out, which should have provided some well needed light. We were never provided with a crib we requested, but my fault I didn't take the time to follow up.

Review 3：Water in am for shower was not warm.Didn't clean room to well. We found a glove under a chair& a French fry on the floor. No glasses in bathroom . Pool was cool & so was the room where pool was.

Review 5：The building was pretty old, our room was not well kept up. Dirty, mold in the bathrooms, just out dated. Kinda had a smell too. We still had a nice stay but not worth $200 in my mind. I probably will stay elsewhere in the future.

Review 7：The parking can be a challenge. The lot designated for the hotel was available during the day with ample parking. We came back at night and it was full. It was monitored during the day but it seems at night people going to restaurants were parking there. We had to find parking where we would not be towed further away.

This was afterthey switched the rooms we had the same issues with the second room.Stay away. We were told no manager on duty at 4:30pm to c/o to andhad to return back to the hotel the next morning to speak with a managerto assure us we would not be charged for the cancelation.

Review 16：The rooms were windowless-you literally could not see your hand in front of your face, day or night, without the light on. The mattress felt like I was sleeping on a futon and the pillows were so flat they may as well not had any. The shower nozzle is very low, I'm 5'7" and had to squat to wet my hair. Also the 4 foot diameter pillar in the middle of the room was just weird!

Review 22：Location, location, location. Lots of bars and restaurants to choose from, minutes from historic waterfront and boardwalk. Nice pool area, atmosphere was quiet when I was there, morning breakfast was solid. Free coffee all day was nice.

Review 28：We stayed one night in a two bedroom suite. It was very large and that helped with our two cats. The living room furniture was worn, uncomfortable and dirty. They need to be updated.

Review 29：Our room was located in the middle of the hotel so we had hallways on either side of us and no window overlooking the water or the city which was disappointing. Also, the free breakfast was pretty terrible with dry baked goods and less then appetizing eggs and pancakes.

Review 30：The location of the hotel is perfect if you are planning to spend time in Duluth. You are literally walking distance to countless shops and restaurants and the trolley picks up only a few blocks away.

Review 32：The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to kill 4 hours between check out/check in times with a 5 month old and the staff worked with me to get me in early!! So helpful and the stay itself was great! Highly recommend!

Review 47：Lighting in rooms is poor with cfl bulbs. Would be nice to upgrade to LED with higher wattage. Signage on front is poor. Hard to identify location while driving. Kitchenette is poorly stocked. Cabinets are damaged. Frig hinge location is backwards!
