Review 1：NOT a complaint, just a suggestion: The room I stayed in maybe needs an air freshener or something...not dirty at all, just an old building I think. All in all a very pleasant stay at Quail's Nest. Have been here before and will come back.

Review 2：The staff are so friendly, helpful, and very accommodating; (They served breakfast early to fit my work schedule) The pool/ hot tub area is very nice; there is a beautiful rock garden & koi pond on the grounds.The rooms & bathrooms are clean and the showers provide plenty of hot water.

Review 3：No bad experience, but housecleaning could clean better. There was a lot of dust and cobwebs on lamp shades and hanging from the popcorn ceiling, also on the sides of dresser. The fan in bathroom was very full of dust.

Review 10：There were bugs in room. Coffee pot was not working. We were told we were getting biscuits and gravy and other food for breakfast. It was rolls and bagels.

Review 12：Cleanliness of the room, there was a layer of dust all around the room in the carpet. With the toilet lid down you couldn't close the bathroom door. The bathtub was stained. Had to walk to the second floor when there were ground floor when there were ground floor rooms available.

Review 20：There was an issue found with our air conditioner on our last day. it was leaking. Also, due to our positioning in the hotel, getting to the pool area was extremely difficult. We had to prepare for a hike to get there. We appreciated the staff not "bugging" us, but it would have been nice to have been checked on for towels and trash.

Review 21：We loved that the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The pool was also clean and the breakfast was delicious.

Review 22：The maintenance staff seemed sad and angry. The continental breakfast was a joke. They had coffee, bagels, doughnuts, and packets of oatmeal. Absolutely nothing healthy, no juices/teas or fresh fruit. We ended up buying breakfast across the street at Dierbergs.

Review 23：We spent the day at the pool and then walked to the Outlet Mall. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful.

Review 24：Even though the pools were nice to have, they were in need of cleaning - twice pulled our large wads of long dark hair! Also, the having a travel pack of tissues in the room was a joke as was the "continental breakfast " ww ended up going out to eat!

Old food wrappers in the drawers and under bed, hair in the bathtub that was not ours, room was dusty. It lacked a good thorough cleaning, the maid must not be a thorough cleaner. Breakfast only offers donuts, bagels, oatmeal, orange juice, coffee, and a gallon milk to share. I would like to see something more healthier.

Review 29：Bed was comfortable, blankets clean and soft, refrigerator and hairdryer in room. Decent tv and stations. Hotel was in a great location. Adequate parking close to room. Pools were nice enough.

Review 30：The hotel was old and very run down compared to the pics I had looked at. The beds were horrible and hard. The tv had a fuzzy picture on every channel making it hard to even watch. Our view was of a rock wall. The hallway leading to the pool smelled horrible and moldy so much so that we had to find a different route to the pool. The indoor pool stated it was around 82 degrees but it was much colder. The vending machine was never restocked. Breakfast was a disappointment as there wasn't much selection. Overall we feel it was nothing like what the pictures and description led us to believe. We will be a lot more cautious from now on and will not be staying at the Quail's Nest again.

Review 31：The location was good. Having an indoor and outdoor pool was nice.

Review 32：We asked for non smoking. There was a removable magnetic sticker on the door that said non smoking. We opened the door and immediately could smell strong smoke odor. Turning on the air helped a little. In the bathroom we tried to close the lid on the toilet and it fell off in the floor.The bed was so very hard and lumpy that we turned the mattress around to see if that would help and noticed several dead bugs under the headboard. Worst hotel stay ever! No wonder they wanted us to pay upon arrival!

Others in our family stayed at a large resort in town and were met with one disappointment after another. They were jealous of our choice of hotel and what we got for what we paid. We will never go anywhere else when staying in Osage. Beach!

We've stayed here many times and have got to know the owner and staff very well.They are always eager to serve and go above and beyond to see our needs are met. This hotel has a walkway to the outlet mall and is within a short walking distance to restaurants and bars. I've read reviews of people saying the breakfast isn't much - they advertise a CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST which means they do not offer a full breakfast - just coffee, donuts, bagels, toast, oatmeal, milk and juice. This is perfect for us as we like to eat a light breakfast.

The foundation under the tub n the bathroom was not flat u could feel the lumps and grooves. The door shut but didn't lock into place. The TV was very very small. The hot water only got hot when u turn it completely to the left. So it was either hot or cold no in between.. It felt more like a Motel than a hotel and last but not least breakfast section sucked.. O and Wifi didn't work well either loads very very slow

Review 53：The room was smaller than expected for a king deluxe room. We've stayed here before, and this was the smallest room we have had. This was an off-season time, so it is probably that only part of the hotel is open.

Review 65：Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The facility is older, but very well maintained. The location is perfect for access to the outlet mall, Dierbergs grocery, Bed bath & beyond, Dicks sporting goods and Randys frozen custard. We will definitely return and recommend to others.

The parking was terrible! There was ALWAYS someone parked outside our room door. We always had to park very far from our room. We expected more for breakfast than donuts & bagels, that's all there was.
