Review 1：They got the booking confused and wanted to charge us more. There is no breakfast and for B2000 per night you would expect this. The water pressure is horrid. The pressure in the toilet hose was more.

Review 3：The room didn't have any source of natural light. Very basic rooms, depressing actually. Staff was inept to take care of the guests. It was like you are on your own. You have to figure out things yourself. If your tv is not working, too bad! Only one girl was nice who speaks English. Rest of them simply ignore you on the behest of not speaking English.
Review 4：Close to the pier to get tickets do Koh Samet. The restaurant was really pretty. Can't say good things about the food though :(
Review 5：The room has the bare minimum. There is no natural light in the basic accommodation, room is clean but only a blanket was provided for covers and bedding was dirty. Room was filled with mosquitos and no room spray or nets were provided. TV and air conditioning was working but limited English channels. Price of the room was not reflective of the quality.
Review 6：We chose the Mac Garden as it was one of the few hotels in the area. It was a great location for Ban Phe Pier to get the boat to Koh Samet for the day. Restaurant was nice and clean, food was really good and reasonably priced. Recommend eating here over anywhere else in town but be prepared to wait as service is slow.
Review 7：It is a long way from guesthouse gate to room, because I arrived at night, I was feared that. And the room has not WIFI covered. It provides a free bicycle, but it is an old bicycle and they did not provide it initiatively.
Review 8：There is an uncle and his niece are nice. When I arrived I cannot believe that is a guesthouse I booked, but they had a lots of patient to explain it is the correct guesthouse.

Review 22：Room is nothing like in picture. Or maybe it was like 20 years ago.Extremely hard beds and pillows.We arrived late from Bangkok and left early to Koh Samed. It's Ok for a night, but I wouldn't stayed there for a longer time.

Review 25：on our 2nd day there, the electricity was down and only restored around 10 am. There is no room service and our bedsheets, towels, dustbins aren't cleared.The room doesn't have electric flask too. There isn't WIFI on the room at all, you need to be at the dining area physically to get the free WIFI.
Review 26：I had a confirmed booking for a Deluxe wooden house, but on arrival none were left. I was "upgraded" to a "suite", but it was in fact a downgrade. Extremely dirty and noisy facing the street. Did not even feel safe there. Almost 0 water pressure in the sink. Had to use the shower to wash my hands. Not happy.

Between the wall and ceiling arecracks, and some very big insect run there. We booked the room but can`tlive there at all. By we come the room was not ready, one room has nohot water. In another room was no light and the boy was trying to madeit. Territory is abandoned. Trees are dry, not watered. No flowers,nothing beautiful. The price is 700 Baht too high for that kind ofhotel. Nearby hotels (ask Taxibike driver) are from 500 Baht for roomwith better kind of service. The area outside is very poor, marginplace. не могу посоветовать никому этот отель. комнаты находятся водноэтажном здании, внутри пахнет сыростью, и лишь одно малюсенькое окнопод потолком. в ванной номера где мы были треснутый бачок унитаза,заклеен скотчем. когда мы заехали в номер, даже с этими недостаткамиможно было смириться, но случайно увидели, как в щели под потолкоммелькнуло нечто большое и рыжее - может это была крыса, или какое-тонасекомое. после этого мы уехали из отеля, и прямиком поехали на островсамет. оценка работы персонала: к нашему приезду, комната не былаподготовлена. в одной не было горячей воды, а в другом не работала лампапод потолком и мы ждали пока ее починят. территория неухоженная,растения и кусты засохшие. как позже выяснилось цена 700 батов на номерзавышена, в соседних отелях (спросите водителя мотобайка, сами ненайдете, там мало отелей в окрестностях) номер стоит 500 батов в гораздолучшем состоянии. сам городок очень бедный, не для туристов (по крайнеймере то что мы видели), ни погулять ни кафе нет.
