Review 1：The beds were old very uncomfortable and they need to upgrade beds and TV The TV wAs old style. Need to upgrade to flat screens. I would be willing to pay a little more for better bed Did not eat breakdast

Review 3：Hallway carpets are dirty. No ice machine in my building. Had to go to the main area. :-( Room smelled, but I went and purchased some odor neutralizing spray and that did the trick.

Review 4：My room was very comfortable. Shower and toilet in their own room which had heat lamp and exhaust fan. Sink area was separate. A/C - heat worked well. Room included a fridge. Maids did not interupt my morning. Never saw them. I think I could have received maid service if I had needed something.

Review 5：The first room the TV did not work and the heat did not work they gave us a new room and it was good. The cleaning crew did not show up so the room was not cleaned and the break fest was so so

Review 10：The staff was very helpful and polite. The bed was comfy and the room was clean! I enjoyed the outdoor pool and was pleased to find out there is an indoor pool also.

Review 11：Was nottold that WI-FI was not working till tried to get on the internet, hotel was dirty, shower curtain torn and shower heads so plugged not much water pressure and therefore the water sprayed all over the floor and husband almost fell because the tile floor was wet and slick! Carpet wet by the bathroom due to poor shower and rust on the metal door frame so this has been this way for quite sometime, dead bug in corner by door and so dusty all around the floor next to the walls. Husband called and asked for a room so he could see motorcycle from room and was told not a problem we got there and room on other side, air conditioner would not stay on, no ice machine in our building had to go clear to the main building to get ice.

Review 13：The room smelt musty. Everything looked clean, but man was there a strong musty smell. It will take your breath away. When you wake up, you wake up with a clogged up nose. The TV was from biblical times, I honestly didn't know TV like that still existed until I came here. They also left the laundry room wide open and it's visable from the main lobby, just mind of tacky, I thought. The place wasn't a complete dump, but was a little pricey for what it was. It was just a blah hotel. Not bad, but not great.

Moved to room 113 and room still had a funk but television remote did work. All in all very dissatisfied with lack of staff concern for our customer service complaints.

Review 19：The halls smelled like a pet cage. Some of the staff were not very professional or helpful. Both mornings in the dinning area had to walk around divider into hallway and around to get to table because a dog tired to chair in the middle of room.

Review 20：The beds were not very comfortable and though it sits right on the strip it is a little hard to navigate in and out of because it sits on a corner right by a stop light.

Review 21：It was quiet, and the staff was friendly. The location was nice it was right on the strip and close to everything we wanted to do. Overall for the price and what we were doing it was a good place to stay.

Review 22：The customer service was AWFUL! We reserved 2 rooms and had printed confirmation. Arriving shortly after check-in time, we learned that they had only 1 room reserved. They were able to provide the 2nd room. However, we had to wait almost an hour for that room to be cleaned. The lobby was full of unhappy customers. One of my friends requested to speak with a manager and was told there was no manager available (he could see her in an office behind the desk) His request was never acknowledged, not even after the manager came out to address another guest's concerns. My friend then asked for the corporate number and was given a card with the contact info for the local manager; he again requested info to contact corporate...and was ignored. The "continental breakfast" was served but guests had to be there by 8AM to be served ... I am on vacation and do not want to have a set time to get up. By the way, they do mean 8AM! I left my stay with 2 questions regarding the management...First if they were short of help, why was the manager sitting in the office instead of helping prepare rooms for guests. Secondly, why did the manager leave the poor girl at the desk to face, literally a lobby full, of unhappy and some angry guests?

Review 23：Approaching the hotel, it has a nice appearance. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Review 28：We were in the very first room at the end of the hallway and because of this, right outside of our door was the door that led to the staircase. The door had no hydraulic door closer on it so every time someone opened it, it would slam shut seconds later. This happened ALL. NIGHT. LONG For both nights that we were there. I had to sleep with earbuds in my ears the second night to even have a chance at getting some sleep. Other than this our stay was pleasant.

Review 29：We liked the pricing for the room especially since it was over a weekend during the summer and know the prices were much higher elsewhere. It was on the main drag in the Ozarks and very near the outlet malls, grocery stores etc. which was very convenient. The continental breakfast was good although space was limited for that purpose.

Review 30：We arrived at the hotel to find the room had not been given a good cleaning. Bathroom dirty, hair and dirt on the beds. Went to the desk and was basically nothing they could do.. So called down to see if we could get our money back and try to find another hotel. There were none around us with vacancies. So we called desk again and asked if we could get some clean bed linen brought down and had to change everything at 11 pm so that we could go to bed. The next day, they sent a couple in for a deep clean. Still did not clean the bathroom good. We did not dare take off our shoes, our feet turned black just walking across the carpet. The breakfast was only if you liked biscuits and gravy.

Review 31：No lights over the desk area, nor the table by the window. No folder with things to do/see, no instructions for WIFI; had to move the coffee pot table over 1 1/2 ft to plug it in. Morning desk clerk on Mon very unfriendly, acting like "why am I here and what did I do to deserve this punishment!". Breakfast Mon morning had lots of cereal, just no milk until about 8:00. I complained, there were 4 kids complaining, one in tears around 7am.

Review 33：The fan in the bathroom was broken along with the heat lamp so it was very musty smelling, the inroom phone did not work, all of which I reported the first day and it did not get fixed during our visit there. No TV Guide or channel descriptions anywhere in the room. No regular coffee for coffee maker in room only decaf.

Review 34：The bed was comfortable. Room was clean and bed was made daily. Both pools were nice and clean. Breakfast was good but they did run out of items quickly.

Review 35：-A/C in room seemed to shut off by itself after a certain time of night and we couldn't get it back on. -Some outlets in the room weren't functional. -The continental breakfast, while free, was very limited. Cereal, bacon, biscuits and gravy. That's it. Hard boiled eggs were in a glass pitcher...not sure what that was about. -Indoor pool was decent but outdoor pool had murky green water.

Review 36：A decent value. I was able to get a room with two queen beds for a great price. The rooms are reasonably modern. Location is close to things most people traveling to the Ozarks will want to do.

Review 67：The room was a bit stinky, smelt like maybe water damage in carpet at one point. I thought the front desk area needed a remodeling. It seemed odd and weird area. During the continental breakfast the door to the prep area was open, it looked unsanitary and odd area to prep for the breakfast. It made it Unappealing and i wondered how sterile things were. It was also odd for the plates and all utensils be left out and exposed to anyone who walked by at all hours of the day or night.

Review 69：We needed another lamp in the room and the ac didn't want to keep running. The bathroom light switch was outside the door--which is weird and the hallways smelled like smoke since not every room was non-smoking. The best beds were so so.

Review 70：The price was great and the breakfast was alright. Room was clean as well. Location was near lots of restaurants and the outlet mall. Bathroom didn't need a fan somehow, never fogged up. Great for the one night we stayed.

Review 71：They checked us in to a dirty room. Then they fixed that problem by putting us in a queen room, despite booking a single king bed. Then, they assigned our room to someone else entirely, and they had access to all of our belongings. I have never seem such a lack of professionalism and customer service. When I asked to speak to a manager about the issue, I was told that the GM was too busy to talk with me because she was doing school work. There's also a slimy film over the top of the pool. And our room was not decorated like the sample pictures. Will never be returning here.

Review 72：The outdoor pool was disgusting. The water was so murky you couldn't see the bottom of the pool. There was still coffee in the coffee pot from the previous people who stayed there, and it was obvious the room wasn't cleaned before we checked in- the sheets were just changed. Also, the staff was horrible. We were probably one of 3 rooms being used, and on the day of our check-out they put a sign on the front door saying they'd "be back in 30 minutes". SUPER unprofessional. We waited 45 minutes but still they didn't return. We were in a hurry to check out so we had to leave them a note. Definitely wouldn't stay there again.

I like a lot of pressure, but it didn't even shoot a straightstream, the temp was fine, but took 2x as long to get washed!
