Review 1：I wish there was a better customer service at breakfast time in therestaurant adjacent to the hotel. It would be nice to be greeted andseated upon arrival. I almost felt ignored there on my first morning.The staff definitely needs some training in customer service and howto communicate nicely with their patrons even in Polish. Mumblingabout some sausages and eggs for breakfast is definitely notprofessional. Smiling to your clients and showing them breakfast menuwould be nice too.

Review 2：Pensjonat Faust is a very nice property situated right by the lake.Gorgeous view from the balcony especially at sunsets! Nice location,close to shopping and restaurants. Rooms and bathrooms are in immaculatecondition. Reception staff was exceptionally nice and helpful.

Review 3：A little hiccup with breakfast on one occassion, when my husband and I as vegetarians were served meat. The ladies at the reception were very helpful and took care of everything.

Review 5：-Important - please read very, very carefully the hotel policies -although at booking.com it is said that it is "freecancellation", the reservation cannot be cancelled free of chargeas soon as you make it. We have this eperience already twice - last yearwe thought that we have missed the date when Faust could be cancelledfor free, but this year hapenned the same and it appeared that thishotel has "specific" policies which do not confirm with thosespecified by booking.com; -Very dirty carpet in the room, the floorunder the carpet also was at the same condition as the carpet; -Verynoisy as under the hotel is located a club; -Staff did not speakEnglish, however wanted to communicate in Russian (although we are notRussians).

Review 7：Pensionat Faust has a perfect location, in a great little town. The lake, the boardwalk, on the one hand and business street on the other. Clean, fresh, friendly staff.

Review 15：This hotel and the town was a surprse for us! Our stay was planned as a "transit" while we were travelling to Germany, however the hotel room was beautifully designed; Nearby the hotel there is a restaurant Papaya Jazz Club with excellent food, cakes and really nice personnell; We do really suggest to the other guests not to search places for dinner, but go directly to this restaurant! Breakfast was good; Personnell was nice; The hotel is located on a street near a lake, thus we enjoyed the evening walk.

Review 16：Excellent welcome by very friendly staff. Seperate room for children to sleep in excellent. Breakfast was huge, we couldn't eat it all so the lovely waitress made us a takeaway! Excellent hotel restaurant!

Review 19：It is a bit annoying that there is no wardrobe in the room where you can at least hang your coats or shirts. Also it would help especially in spring/summer if the windows had blinds on them, not only thin curtains as the sun beams wake you up rather early.

Review 20：This B&B pension is situated in a new building (or so it looks) just on the lake side.We got a really nice mini-apartment with a separate bedroom and a sitting area with a table, armchairs and a TV located on the top floor thus with roof windows which added to its cosy atmosphere. There was also a small room - sort of a storage area or a bigger wardrobe yet with no hangers. The room was clean, beds rather comfortable and also breakfast served downstairs was OK. You can choose your set menu but it's enough as each set includes a plate of cheese and ham, jam, etc.
