Review 1：I am visiting this hotel regularly. There are pros and cons as following: - misunderstanding with reception staff during booking - internet signal is weak and unusable in Apartment 414. Reported at reception - but they didn't do anything. - Children in spa and jacuzzi... they are loud and it is not comfortable

Review 2：- facility and rooms are nice - wellness center is clean and well equipped - food at restaurant is good - location of hotel is great if you plan to visit Subotica

Review 3：Air condition did not work, there is no opportunity to have an iron&ironing board. If you want to iron your clothes you have to hand it in to hskp and pay for the service. The prices are acceptable and the service was good, but still... Restaurant Bavarian downstairs is smoking so when you are done with a meal you smell smoke even if you do not smoke yourself. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

Review 4：I liked how the staff handled the problems during the stay: not working air condition and sound check in the atrium after 23.00 where the room was facing to was solved by moving us to another room with a city view (for fresh air) the following day. Spa is excellent although no pool.

Review 5：Only shower head was partly broken. Staff reacted friendly after complaint. Advice: better check of room interiour.

Review 9：Room service. I called to order wine and the person was extremely rude! Also I went to the wellness center and they charge guests of hotel double. So if you go and tell wellness center you are a guest of a hotel they will charge you around 30 dollars for massage and if you go as a regular not guest of the hotel then it's onlu 15. VERY UNETHICAL!!!!

Review 20：In the same time there was a wedding party in the hotel which was very loud. We heard it 2 floors below. Air condition only in 'heat' mode and - no toilet paper! Such hotel shouldn't get to even one of this. It wasn't my first time in Galleria but definitely last!

Review 22：Hotel staff are somewhat confused and not up to the task. We had a wedding on the top floor during our 3-night stay and when we asked the receptionist at midnight when the party would be over, he had no clue. We whether his manager knows - the same answer. We kindly asked him to inquire at the hotel's restaurant, but to no avail. The music was too loud and we couldn't sleep until 2 am when the party was finally over. The apartment door also couldn't properly close so the breeze kept banging them against the frame. Used a towel to solve the problem. One day the jacuzzi was too cold and it took 3 inquiries to get some action, but the temperature remained the same.

Review 23：The hotel is located in the center and is literally next to the pedestrian zone. The apartment was spacious and clean. The view was nice.

Review 24：The prices of the items in the mini-bar are quite steep. But I guess one has to pay the price for being too lazy to leave the comfortable room, go out into the concrete wilderness and hunt for some more affordable munchies.

Review 25：The younger receptionist was very nice and most helpful. The room was very clean, you could also eat from the bathroom floor! The food in the Biergarten was heavenly!

Review 26：This hotel seams to be the only real hotel in Subotica. Service was very good, room nice, large and the most important quiet and clean. The young lady at the reception desk was also very helpful.

Review 27：Coffee in the breakfast was cold. Also, a man using a leaf blower at night made a lot of noise which made me call the front desk where I had a confrontation threatening not to pay for the room unless he stopped.

Review 84：There were shelves in our room with books on and I took one book off the shelf and all the books plus the shelf fell on my leg leaving two big black marks. We asked for a quiet room but there was quite a lot of noise from an adjacent bar which went on quite late in the night

Review 86：Breakfast is served in the restaurant on the 6th floor, but the lift only goes to Floor 5. This would make it very difficult for anyone with certain disabilities from going to Breakfast. That is my only quibble though.

Review 87：The Galleria is one of the best Serbian Hotels I have ever stayed in. My room was huge and spotlessly clean with an enormous double bed and tasteful furnishings. Bathroom was equally large and the plumbing worked perfectly with loads of hot water, which is not always the case in Serbia! Breakfast was plentiful, and wifi very fast and worked in all areas of the Hotel (again not always the case in Serbia). There was a big flat screen TV with a choice of channels in all languages. Staff were efficient and pleasant. Hotel is situated in a shopping area and only 5 minutes walk from the central station. All excellent.

Review 88：The night I checked in, it seamed to me that the receptionist was a bit lost in space. He checked me in, gave me a white envelope and for every question I had his answer was: '' It is written inside''. Since I was already once in this hotel, I knew where are the things but it would not hurt if the receptionist could try a bit harder and explain few important points to the guest for example where is the elevator. When I entered the room, I have seen that the cleaning ladies have forgotten to remove bin from the bathroom from the last guest. After calling front desk to report this small issue, I was said: ''We are sorry''. Since we are talking bout 4 star hotel, there must be 24h room service, and unfortunately 'Sorry' does not help if no further action is taken such as someone comes and removes the dirty garbage can from the room.

Review 89：I have already staid in this hotel 2 years ago which is the reason I returned again to it. Location is very good, close to everything, breakfast is also very good as well as the comfort and style of the hotel. I believe it is the nicest looking hotel in Subotica. Although I had some small issues this time, I believe everybody has a bad day, and I would stay here again and recumbent it further..

Review 90：Nothing much. I don't know why is there bath icon in a apartment section when you choose your accomodation type, when there is one in every other room. Don't mistake this for hot tub as I did. When I complained about it, they gave me a suite with hot tub, because that was what I wanted, but they charged it fully. Not complaining, just want to warn others, not to make the same mistake.

Review 95：Best feature of this hotel is the attached spa (one of the largest in Serbia) which is free for guests. It has sauna, jacuzzi and massage areas - the sauna area isn't huge but there is a Finnish room and a steam room. The breakfast was excellent. Room was very nice. Staff were great, friendly and efficient (we asked for robes at reception, went upstairs to our room and housekeeping arrived within a minute with our robes). Would definitely stay here again.

Review 96：I stayed there last year and it was excellent. I also stayed there inMay and September this year and everything went downhill. The room wasnever serviced and the reception staff were very rude. The air-conditioning did not work in May or September. They supplied me with a$5 heater and extra blankets to keep me warm in May and September. Thisis not 4* service.

Staff at reception and in restaurants were rude and unproffessional. If you are in a non smoker area you have to wait 15-20 min to be served.
