Review 1：Had to pay for extras like towels, pillows etc. Had to pay deposit for key (this was not mentioned in the property/booking description). Free wifi in lobby, but have to pay if you want itbin your room.

Review 3：Stayed here for 5 nights in Aug 2015.I wanted a few days at the beach.It was adequate.The seaview room was clean and ok.The pool was clean,the staff were friendly and helpful.Its a relaxed type of older style motel.Have to travel 5 kms along beach to find good restaurants.Mike in the surf shop next door is a good guy,hired a board a couple of times,but tiny waves.

Review 4：You have to pay for wifi... $15 for 24h or $4 for an hour. Decent food. No sun bathing area at pool. Bed are rocks. Staff was very slow and decently friendly. Beach across is disgusting

Review 8：The room smelt as though it hadn't been opened for a few months. The floor felt dusty. The bathroom looked as though it was from the 1970's. The room was far too big. The staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. The breakfast was one of the worst i've ever had in Thailand

Review 42：I stayed on the 9th floor, but getting there took for ever the lift was very slow I asked man at reception how I can get to ban phe he said the hotel offers a taxi service it cost 200 bhat!! Then a family of 3 got in the same taxi and they paid the same!!!! On my last day I needed a taxi to go to pattaya I asked the same man and he said that it was 1500 bhat i said it was expensive but I didn't have much choice as it was early in the morning so I agreed BUT as I turned round and waited for the lift the man telephoned the taxi ( I can speak Thai but he didn't know that) the taxi driver asked how much they would get and he replied 800 bhat meaning he would pocket 700 bhat so I confronted him in Thai and he just smiled I got in the taxi and asked them how much it was to pattaya and she confirmed she was only getting 800 bhat

Review 44：We had a storm and the beach was a mess and dirt however the next morning the community was out cleaning a 10km beach and by lunchtime it was 70% cleaned. The internet at Bht 80 per hour is a little high but it can be used over 3 days. Personally I have a sim card in my tablet and so I did not need it.

Review 45：Excellent value for money. The staff were very accomodating ( despite some poor reviews) The rooms/ bathroom and bed were just fine for the price. The swimming pool is excellent. There are excellent restaurants nearby but you do need transport.

Review 46：The power went off several times and I had to walk 6 floors to my room, TV cable also did not work most of the time. Staff spoke poor english and I could not explain also that someone tried to enter my room at midnight. I never slept to whole night afterwards, and it was good I had put the door lock on. Staff was a little concerned but not enough to watch for my safety. Also I was asked to pay 30Baht for ice as my fridge was warm, I refused. After arguing on the phone with the manager for one hour, he gave me 200 Baht back for my compensation. I left feeling I was complaining unjustly and staff was somewhat rude over the incident. I am a seasoned traveller and I am now staying on the island of Koh Samed and could not be happier with the accommodation and people.
