Review 1：Facility needs remodeled.

Review 2：I don't know the door guy but he always has a smile on his face and is always in a great mood. He wasn't there on our last stay

Review 3：Rooms were awful!!! Changed rooms. Old and outdated. There was a smell when getting off the elevator.

Review 4：The manager and staff were helpful when called upon -- but made no suggestions for me to move to another room when I complained that the TV was full of snow and the toilet didn't flush. When I checked it, it was obvious that I was on business (possible repeat customer), there was not effort made to make sure my stay was comfortable.

Review 5：We were there during what was considered off season and it stated that there would be a continental breakfast during off season and there wasn't. There was coffee out and some fruit and a muffin but it wasn't a continental breakfast. That didn't really bother us because there is a restaurant in the hotel but the restaurant wasn't open for breakfast.

Review 6：The check in and check out was fast and efficient and it had a quiet atmosphere. It was a clean hotel and the surroundings of the area was nice, quite and safe. The room was and clean, the bed was comfortable and the balcony had a nice private feel to it with a nice view.

Review 7：First impressions not clean, the glass was dirty in the lobby, from that I noticed everything else didn't sparkle. Our bed was a king and the mattress had a huge dip and was very uncomfortable. Didn't have a good nights rest. Next time I will check the mattress before I settle in the room. Had a horrible nights rest.

Review 9：In extreme need of refurbishing. Balcony with wire mesh "rail" looked ugly and unsafe. Furniture worn; bathroom wallpaper ragged; no doors on hall closet. Price economical, but hotel in poor condition.

Review 29：No band or dj at Waddles on Sat night. There was one on Friday but not Sat. The place was much more busy Sat and it would have been more enjoyable with music.

Review 31：The room was very dirty. The housekeeping staff didn't even come to make the bed. The balcony was great but we couldn't use it. There were wasps nesting in holes in the ceiling of the balcony. There were huge spider webs that hadn't been taken care of in a long time. There were also cob webs on the walls in the room. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. My husband could barely walk after sleeping there. The baseboards in the bathroom were filthy. The shower curtain had mildew on it. If you were taller than 6' you wouldn't fit in the shower due to the ceiling height.

Review 33：Boat ramp is far too steep\dangerous but it was easy to use public ramp nearby. Skip the Sunday brunch buffet -very poor cafeteria grade food.

Review 34：Great location with plenty of parking. Free boat slip was a big bonus. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good value for the price. Rooms with a lake view are worth the extra $ - awesome view!

Their was hair in the bed as if the bed sheets were not changed and during our 4 day stay the maids came in once to pick up dirty towels and give clean ones but the trash was never emptied and sheets were not changed. Review 43：For the price of the room, breakfast, evening cocktails and dinner should have been included and AC unit should have been properly working. The bathroom and carpet were outdated as well. The balcony did not seem secure and we were on the 5th floor. Cable was not working properly. Couch was too long, blocking AC, which caused the AC unit too switch on and off numerous times.

Review 51：Lots of little things went wrong. Room wasn't ready until 45 mins after check in. Furniture was still moved from housecleaning when we finally arrived in room. Asked for a high floor when reserving and ended up on the first floor. Light went out in bathroom, was told it would be fixed and never was. Burning smell when using outlet in bathroom. Door on TV stand broken, wouldn't close. Miscellaneous lamps and refrigerator not plugged in when we arrived (just confused on why they weren't working at first). Outlet box on desk worked but had to be reset 4 times within 10 mins so more annoying than useful.

Review 52：Front desk women were very nice and respectable. Bed was comfortable and very beautiful view from the lobby. Location is perfect.

Review 53：Decor is horrible, needs updated bad, nothing in our room matched. Our King Bed was on a Queen Box Spring, so it hung over on each side and was completely uncomfortable.

Review 63：The drunk partners started up at 11pm. By 1:30, when hotel bar closed it became difficult to sleep because of all the noise - which lasted until 4:30. Not much sleep. Did not like the bed. Hardest bed I have encountered at hotels. You like to party-they apparently don't have noise control - stay here. Trash scattered down hallway next morning.

Review 74：Took me three times to find a room - first one was supposed to be non-smoking but I smelled smoke right when I walked in. Second one, the bed wasn't made. Bathroom outlet didn't work and was just ok as far as clean. Sheets didn't stay on the bed and the bed slanted to the right. Won't stay here again.

There was no lock on the sliding glass door. The heating unit cycled on and off loudly and the room got cold before the unit would kick back on again.

Review 85：Very spacious King room with a firm comfortable bed. Modern large screen TV and deluxe desk and office chair. The desk had a large accessory device with multiple charge plugs, Ethernet and HDMI connections, although I did not try to connect through them. The wifi was sufficient, although I had a poor connection in the morning at times, even though the facility was virtually empty, but that's why I take a broadband device in case I need to connect with 4G. You can't always blame in-house for connection problems as it could be a source issue. Comfortable easy chair with ottoman. Big window with no view but it was night so what's the point, although I could have upgraded for a few dollars, so no foul there. They are located on an elevation just above a nice lake, so for pleasure and an extended stay, that would be a nice option. Excellent water pressure in the shower, which is a must for me. Indoor and secure access. Elevators for other floors. Large spacious lobby with views. Overall a great place and the best money I've spent for an overnight stay. I will definitely be back there even if I have to make an excuse for a weekend getaway.

Swimming Pool crowded and far down many levels of steps with rotted hand railings. No Frig or Microwave. After changing batteries in remote, still did not work but at least the controls light lit up. Dog poop on the floor between TV & Table. Older Motel, finishes and facilties.

Review 99：Near Foreigner in Concert @ H. Toads. H. Toads had shuttle that took us and returned us. Swimming Pool on property. View of lake from peep hole windows. Ice machine worked on each floor we had rooms. Staff replaced burnt out light bulb and batteries on remote. Single King was spacious. Might have been really nice in it's day.

Review 100：The hotel was fair. Our room did have a smoke smell which was not good and it was a non smoking room. The property could use some updating and getting to the pool was a challenge. It was straight down and a climb back to the hotel.

Review 110：After walking through the dirty hallways to get to our room (the 2nd time because there was a "trick" to getting the door open) we opened the door to see the only window wide open....no screen. So we looked around and found in the bathroom a couple of crickets, a dead worm, and an army of ants marching around the bathtub. We had seen more than enough, we went back to the front desk and told them we wanted to cancel our stay. The only response was "would you like another room?" What????? Disgusting!!!

Review 114：The hotel room was not at all clean, and the fraternity that had apparently rented out an entire floor were incredibly loud and disgusting, to the point that many should have easily gone to jail, for the obscenities, and drunken loud behavior. The staff only said they would 'send someone down', but obviously let it go on all night and into the morning. This place was terrible.
