Review 1：The room was dark because of funny energy saving LED lamps. No light switch next to the bed or lighting source. The claimed “Minibar” was an empty fridge without any electrical outlet to connect to. No international TV Channel. Only 1 lower power Led lamp in the bath room shining behind the person which tries to use the mirror. No way to adjust the heating system beside open the window. The announced air-condition is an air outlet which can be switched on or off without any control. Some of the interior material is falling off or is poorly assembled. Most of the items served at breakfast are either cold or dry because of hour-long storage after being cooked. Since the credit card terminal was broken my room keycard was only issued for 1 night at the time. I was being asked to pay “cash” instead to avoid this. Nobody told me about this but let me find that out when I try to open the door in the evening several times. Price to service relation is not given. When I ask what the assigned room has got to do with a “Junior Suite” as booked, I was told that the translation between Russian and English did suffer.  Just forget the place if you do not need the location. It looks like that the “Kleopatra Hotel” nearby is owned and operated by the same persons and their understanding of hospitality.

Review 3：Smoking. Even though guests sign a seperate contract which states that smoking is prohibited you are still exposed to cigarette smoke. This has to do with the fact that the smoking room's door doesn't close properly and the ventilation system distributes smoke from the smoking room to other rooms.

Review 5：Rooms are old and outdated. Bed not very comfortable. No air conditioning and only window opened up into a construction area.
