Review 1：The WI-FI does not work in the small houses and at least the first big house (the farthest from the master house), have to come closer to the master house to get any reception, so that's one of the things that bothered me, as I had to get some work done. In the little house, the owner attached a mosquito net when we asked for it, as for the large house, there are mosquito nets, but on half the windows and not attached well enough, so mosquitoes can still get in unless they are completely lazy. Had to fix that with some duct tape, we are very particular about being bitten by forest mosquitoes, seeing how we have a toddler.
Review 2：We stayed in both the little apartment and the bigger house. It’s a nice family-oriented place about 1.5 km away from the beach. The 1.5 km walk is very nice, the forest is amazing, but if you are with kids that are not walking on their own or plan to put them in a stroller, I'd suggest driving 5 km towards hotel Orle (Lazurowa street) and parking there, it's 200 meters to the beach from there, with lifeguards, shower, WC and a small café. On sunny days get there no later than 10, parking your car after that gets tricky; if you are an early riser like ourselves and come at 7-8 am, you can park anywhere, there’s no one. It’s totally worth it if you have a baby and have to bring a bunch of stuff to the beach + the baby that does not yet walk + the stroller just in case. The beach in the 1.5 km walking distance from KARMAN is very clean and nice but that's all you get - sand and water, maybe a few other people. Good choice if you are looking for a quiet place with no one around though :). The houses both small and large have a stove, a kettle, a sink and a full set of tableware. There is a store 200 meters away open until 10 pm, and a Biedronka store that's larger, about 12 km away. You can order a meal from Christina, and the meal is very nice. I think it's the same always though, so you can really enjoy it only so many times. The owners are very friendly, the hotel is run by a husband and a wife, the husband's father helps out and they have a few hired staff members. The great advantage of the place is that they have their own 10-meter pool and a small pool for kids. Every house has a table with benches and a large umbrella. There's plenty of parking space as well, and you can drive up closely to your house to unload and load the luggage (if you live in one of the large houses though). You can get BBQ equipment from the owner if you like.

Review 4：There wasn't hot running water in the morning. When you have a small child it's almost a disaster. A sofa was tiny and very uncomfortable. My husband had to sleep on a chair though we had only one set of bedding. Another problem was poor soundproofing. We heard everything our neighbours did and cooked. No wi-fi.
Review 5：Picturesque location but do not forget to take repellents to fight with an army of mosquitoes. Great breakfast though it wasn't suitable for a child. Nice place to have a rest at weekends or more with a company and go fishing or sailing. A small playground, mini swimming-pool, some bikes and domestic cats will make your children happy.
Review 6：Spaciuos house with beautiful environment and very pleasant and helpful owners. When we arrived at the house in the evening, the fireplace in the house was set on fire and all rooms became warm, cozy and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was rich and delicious.
