Review 4：Staff is very nice, very friendly and helpfull, taking care of customers, listening to your needs. The room was wide and comfortable and balcony was very big with a fantastic view on the sea. The breakfast is swedish buffet with lot of different things to eat, eggs, meat, salads, many local specialities, fruits, etc... You have everyday fresh food and you can eat as much as you want. The buidling is located close from the small beach (Mala Plaza) between, 5 to 10 minutes walking, there are a lot of restaurants, pubs, discos, all kind of shops, pharmacys, etc... The location is quiet. It is a strategic place where you don't need a car. If you do have a car, there's a wide private parking just in front of the house, very easy to park. The price value for the service is good.

Review 5：you can hear your neighbours through the door to other appartment it is a hotel for families from Eastern Europe or Kosovo. during the Football championship no channel to watch football but many radical Muslim and Christian channels

Review 13：My first time in Ulcinj after 20 years. City was totaly full of tourists in August but I was so lucky to find accomodation in Firenze apartements. It is very close to pedestrian street and several beaches. Householder and all stuff were great, so kind and helpfull and always so professional. Room was very comfortable and always clean, with wi-fi, airconditioned, towels, balcony with see view etc. Next time I will be there again for sure.
