Review 9：My only complaint is that I called the day before to confirm arrival time and still had to wait about 3 hours before a room was available. It was a challenge after we drove for 14 hours and a little disappointing.

Review 20：The friendly staff, they went above and beyond to make our stay great. The rooms were very clean. The young lady that is overseer of the cleaning crew was so friendly. She made sure our stay was great. I wish I could remember her name. The breakfasts were very delicious and what a variety.
Review 21：Front desk staff wasn't friendly and made it seem like it was a chore to explain room location or breakfast times. Also, the carpet wasn't vacuumed on the second day of our stay.

Review 39：The location to downtown was perfect and easily accessible We took advantage of the use of the pool which was perfect for my 2 young boys. Great size and temperature. Staff were friendly and accommodating especiAlly Bailey who was an asset no matter what area she was working (front desk, breakfast) and Sha Shaunna was very resourceful of the area and being able to recommend attractions for my family. Breakfast selection each day was fresh and plentiful and the area to eat was big never a lack of seating. The size if the rooms made it enjoyable with the extra space (not just a bed- living space) The cleanliness of the hotel from lobby, breakfast area, pool area and rooms were spotless.
Review 40：There was not coffee all the time to get whenever you wanted. I stayed with my daughter so we did not use the tv, but if my husband had been there, having the one tv in the middle of the room would be bad, better if two smaller tvs. and that suite type room needed a microwave.
