Review 1：Some stairs to the front door, not a problem for me, but may be for someone elderly.
Review 2：This is a well-located guesthouse with comfortable rooms, and helpful staff. It is in a yard so quiet at night. I had no problems during my stay, and the management found me a phone charger when I lost mine. They also gave me advice on how to get to the attractions. I found Nizhniy Novgorod an interesting city to visit, especially for a foreigner.
Review 3：Their is no AC in the room so they are very hot even with a fan inside the room, their is no communal place, but that is to the person to see they like that or not.
Review 4：The front desk person, and the quienest of this place. It is on a nice street with some bars/restaurant and near the river and the Kremlin.
Review 5：Entrance is a bit hidden. Rooms without windows has not enough air for 2 persons, otherwise comfort is ok, but we recommend rooms with windows.
