Review 1：The property has seven bedrooms of which six were fine and one was dreadful, room 5. We were allocated room 5! This room is exceptionally small, there is only enough room for a bed. Also the bathroom is tiny. It should be a single room.
Review 2：The location and views by the river were wonderful. Also the owner Ilker was a welcoming host and a great character.
Review 3：Conflicting with its peaceful location, the hotel is in the area where there are many outdoor clubs and restaurants which make a lot of noise until very early in the morning. Hence we could not have a good sleep during our stay. The room was OK but hot water was a problem with very low pressure and poor flow. This is not a place to seek for comfort but the nature and simplicity. The whole family lives in the bungalow style hotel hence we shared all the common areas with the family members. They isolated themselves from us and avoided contacting us as much as they could. There is an outdoor kitchen where you can cook or make teas/coffees but the owner is not a big fan of regular kitchen users. The cooker was wrapped with a piece of clothes against the risk of potential users. Hence we used the fridge only for our beer bottles. I would not recommend the place for young couples and travellers who seek privacy during their holiday. There is no room for privacy and the common area is too small and occupied by the family members frequently.
Review 4：I stayed in Onder Pansiyon with a friend for 3 nights. This is a bungalow type hotel with a reasonably large yard. Location, Location, Location. All the hotels by the river have a great view of the Xantos rock tombs though. The owner was helpful and friendly but a little bit dominating and impatient to generate tailored solutions for customers unfortunately. Although all the family members, including their children, live in the hotel, only Ilker interacts with the customers. He tried to make us feel comfortable as much as he could. The deck on the River was great to rest and enjoy the river but there was only two tables on it which was not enough for all of us. Hence better be quick. The best part of the breakfast was the bread they served. Otherwise breakfast was simple with local foods.

Review 6：Words can not describe the stunning location of this wonderful hotel. With decks overlooking the river and boats passing all the time this was without doubt the best hotel we stayed in during a 14 night 12 hotel tour across southern Turkey. The owner spoke perfect English and nothing was too much trouble for him. I really hope we get to stay here again many times!!!
Review 7：The cosy small pension is located in the center but just outside the busy and noisy part. At the border of the river. We saw a turtle while we were having breakfast. The rooms are situated in the main building. The rooms are adequate in size and comfortable. Some have a view on the river and there is one facing the river. There is a common area behind the building, at the river, with tables and lounge banks. The owner and his family are very friendly and helpfull. They make a tasty breakfast.

Review 14：The location here, right on the river, overlooking the Lycian Tombs in the cliffs over on the other bank is unsurpassed. Probably the best in Dalyan. Eating breakfast on the deck in the morning light, just fantastic. The owner, Ilker, was so friendly and hospitable also and it all added up to a marvellous experience.
Review 15：There was no breakfast - my wife had to make our coffee in the mornıng after seekıng the owner for an hour, and then the owner asked her to make him a cup too!

Review 18：we stayed in this pansion for the summer of 2013. it is a nice, quiet hotel near the river.despite the hotel being in a really quite zone, it is very close to the clubs and the bars. the view is amazing, it has a direct view towards the rock tombs, they are also lit at night so you can also enjoy the view during your dinner. also the staff is friendly and hostile. the owner of the pansion, ilker, caught us blue crabs and cooked them for the dinner. it was really delicious. but you have to arrange your own dinner. they help you through your stay, they arrange the boat for daily trips , for a good price too. rooms are tipical anatolian style, very comfortable. we can guarantee that youll enjoy your stay. we highly recomend this hotel for an enjoyable summer holiday.
Review 19：The location is great. You relax and enjoy the beauty. It is situated just across the rock tombs. And the city centre is just a few steps away. The host is also so kind and helpful.

Review 23：We traveled Turkey's south-west for over two weeks and Onder Pansiyon was our favorite. So much so that we came back for extra two nights towards the end of our stay. The location is superb, overlooking lycian tombs on the other side of the river and with loggerhead turtles joining you for breakfast. The beautiful Iztuzu beach, where the turtles nest, is only a short drive (or a boat trip) away. One can take about 30min walk to the nearby ancient city of Kaunos (you need to cross the river with a small rowing boat operated by Dada, known to everyone in Dalyan). Big Köyceğiz lake with mud baths and natural hot springs is also near by. All locations can be visited in one day boat trip. Our host-Ilker, treated us like a family from day one, advising us on our travels and inviting for a glass of raki in the evening. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back in the future :) Thank you Ilker!
Review 24：The location of Onder Pansion is arguably the best in Dalyan. On the river directly across from the rock tombs yet only 1 minute walk to the centre of town. Rooms clean and comfortable - very good value for money. Host kind caring. Everything we could have asked for.
