Review 1：The same breakfast was served for the seven days I stayed there , plus my room was not cleaned for the first 4 days of my stay.
Review 2：The location of the hotel was really good
Review 3：On the weekends they have a disco downstairs, which makes it really hard to fall asleep in the rooms. And once the party is over a lot of the guests continue their after party's in the room.
Review 4：It was our second time there, we always stay there on our way home from Europe. It's a clean and nice place, great value for the money. Food is really good too
Review 5：We had "second hand" shower gel in the bathroom - used by some other guests and left there... And huge spider in the room, both aspects together raised a question of cleanliness of the room overall. Reception was not particularly friendly, we informed that we are travelling with a dog, but upon arrival in the reception we had to listen to statements: "no dogs". While it can be understood because the reception is in the same place as restaurant/bar, there was no sign on the door stating that it is not allowed to enter with a dog to the reception and secondly, there was no other way how to go to the reception. Nevertheless, the staff thought they need to make me to feel guilty and bad because of travelling with a dog.

Review 7：While beds were large, those were not comfy - I could feel mattress springs and it was not pleasant. Breakfast was poor.

Disco was really loud from 10 pm-4 am. Too many stairs for older folks to get to room or restaurant. Hardly any parking. Bad lighting in restroom.

Review 16：WE actually had to stay in two rooms due to the way we booked - both smelled of cigarettes although they were "non-smoking". Both bathrooms smelled, but we went and bought bleach and it was OK after that :) Need to be cleaned a bit better. Both beds had two single sheets sideways across the bed to make a "double" - surely they can get large sheets these days?

Review 23：Our apartment was very large VIP 3, there was a disco Friday and Saturday night but this didn't bother us. I slept soundly through it and I am a light sleeper. Fab view of the lake. Breakfast was plentiful and their menu is vast and varied.
