Review 1：All the Facilities you have to pay extra for, so in the end it was expencive. room was extremley hot and the floor dirty.

Review 6：The only initial problem I had was getting charged to use one of the four computers that were available in one of the conference room. It cost 400 rubles and I used the computer for about 45 to 50 minutes. What annoyed me is that I had my own laptop with me but the laptop's power cord and adapter were in my checked baggage which had not yet arrived. Later however, one of the concierge girls gave me use of a computer for no charge. So, that largely made up for my earlier dilemma.

Review 7：The hotel is clean and my room was made up and cleaned each of the six days I was there. My room was of sufficient size and had good water pressure (hot and cold). I was extremely pleased with the help I received from the young ladies at the reception area. They were very polite, pleasant, and did whatever they could for me, such as arranging transportation, or letting me know where I could buy food and other items. The ladies in the twenty four hour café/kitchen were also pleasant as were the ladies who maintained the room.

Review 10：Breakfasts are not included in the price, at the price of the breakfast is really high (10 euro per person) All facilities (even fitness) are not free. For example, 1 visit of the gym costs 20 euro. There is no conditioner in the Standard rooms and near the hotel the rock night club is located, so at the evenings it is very nosy. Staff is not very pleasant avec the clients, room square is really small, the wideness of 'king size' bad is 1,4 m! Value for money is unsatisfactory, next time I will choose another hotel.

Review 11：Location is quite good, about 10 minutes by car till the main places of interest. The interior of the reception area is modern and stylish. There is a possibility to book a room in advance. The hotel provides free wifi service.

Review 12：The rooms in the business section were quite small and could do with a facelift. These rooms are satisfactory for one night but for any more days it is worth considering upgrading to Premium.

Review 13：The reception area, although all white is very welcoming. The food in the piano bar and in the bowling/leisure centre was very good. The staff were always willing to assist.
