Review 1：Room smelt of smoke despite non smoking. Tired decor and state of repair with thin walls. Uninspiring breakfast and all cups plastic.
Review 2：Efficient check in and cab call. Room clean and everything worked fine. Good coffee maker with decent coffee in room plus microwave bonus.
Review 3：Room cleaning service is good. Personel are very helpfull and kind. Breakfast is also same as like the other inn otels. You can drink coffee everytime.

Review 5：The room wasn't as clean as I would have liked (bathroom dirty). The tub ran water when the faucet was off. Room was not up to par with the price of the room.

Review 9：The breakfast was a bit of a nightmare both mornings - there was no coffee the first minute for almost 30min when we arrived at approx 8:00 am - then no waffle batter - took about 15 min for that be refilled - pretty much the same the 2nd morning. The staff seemed rushed and yet there were such long delays refilling and absences of staff that returned empty handed?

Bedding was so stained on one of the beds that we didn't even dare set our suitcases on it. You could see at least half a dozen stains . Dust ruffle had large red stain and the curtains and counters were filthy.

Review 24：Courteous staff that helped us navigate around the city, helped change our room to meet our needs and went beyond the norm. I had to check out earlier than breakfast hours. The hotel staff (Davon) offered me a banana and yogurt to go so I wouldn't leave hungry.
Review 25：The room was dirty! We found a dead roach in our ice bucket, there were gnats flying around all over. I requested a non-smoking room but assume the sign was put up only for that night because the smell was so bad and strong that it gave me a headache. There were spots on the toilet as if no one had even cleaned it before we checked in.
Review 26：The woman who checked me in at the front desk was very friendly and polite. She was very informative, making sure to make me aware of breakfast and the free Wi-Fi (which was nice). The location is good, right near the Tanger Outlets and plenty of places to eat.
Review 27：The conditions in the room were poor. No extermination of insects. I changed my room twice and still was greeted by Mr & Ms roach. It was crazy. Now I will travel worldwide with my own bottle raid.

Review 29：I was so disappointed. The hotel was run down. We had cockroaches in our room. We had a door that didn't close all the way. When I brought these issues up to the Assistant Manager she said thanks and didn't offer us a discount.

I went back in to warm up some fried chicken in the microwave and the sheet/pillow cases were gone but the blanket for each bed was lying on the floor at the end of the bed, which made me realize that they were not replacing the blanket too, just the sheets. I do not know how many people used that same blanket ahead of me. It makes me sick to think of it.

Review 94：It was convenient to the Charleston airport, 3 miles, and downtown Charleston about 12 miles. It was basic but OK including a basic breakfast. It seemed clean for the type of motel it was.Wd did not use the outdoor pool but others were and it seemed large than most.
Review 95：Ended up in smoking room as two other rooms I was shifted into were not serviceable. Internet did not have the capacity to cope with the number of guests - only worked prior to 6.00 am. Last refurbished in the 1970's. Curtains did not close properly - not light tight and you are exposed to people passing outside. No milk at breakfast - "we ran out yesterday". Television (old vaccuum tube model) did not work. Did not feel secure.
Review 96：It was close to the airport and major roads. Nothing was stolen. You can wave at everybody passing your room. Only two flights of stairs to negotiate - otherwise fairly flat to roll suitcase to room from car, which is important becuse it is quite a long way.
Review 97：Pretty much everything else- it smelled of cigarrettes, felt really dirty, our door didn't open and close easily, it was in a bad neighborhood, other guests were screaming and running around until all hours, and we didn't feel safe. Lots of trashy people staying there, smoking. There was no fruit at breakfast.

They were smoking one cigrarette after another and I asked next morning about that room and got told its a non smoking room. I was in room 136 and there's was 138. The smoke came though the wall into our room. That was terrible.
