Review 1：No airco or fridge. Location offers good city views but is not very practical under bad weather conditions: public transport can only be reached by a steep climb up or down or a ten minutes' walk on level ground.

Review 2：Good standard rooms with two comfortable but rather narrow beds. Spic-and-span bathrooms; excellent breakfast and helpful staff.

Review 3：1. The beds are too narrow. 2. The location is in a residential area without much tourist infrastructure; the nearest public transportation stops and cafes/restaurants (except the hotel cafe) are quite far away. 3. We waited 1/2 hour in queue for the check-in; it seems like the hotel received wrong info from booking.com about the room type booked, and the same happened to the people before us in the queue; anyway, these confuses were solved successfully.

Review 4：The view out of the window and from nearby promenade is picturesque. The room belongings (except beds), cleanness, breakfast were on the high international standard.

Review 5：Upon our arrival, hotel staff could not find our Booking.com reservation. Luckily there were free rooms available, so we could book a new room from the counter.

Review 6：The hotel is situated quite close to the historical city center. There is a nice river view from some rooms and also from the restaurant. Breakfast was very good for a 3-star hotel. There were hot water dispensers at every floor. WiFi signal was strong, providing good connection speed. Very friendly staff, helped us with free travel guidebooks and maps. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Review 8：The staff is excellent! The hotel and the facilities are very clean and well kept and renovations are underway. Which will make the hotel even nicer. Right now it has a flare of days past, but thanks to the perfect upkeep and cleanliness it is a very excellent place to stay. The breakfast is rich and provides a big variety and includes fresh made blini and eggs.

Review 9：It was a little bit chilly, and they don't have any heater.

Review 11：We've arrived at the hotel at 8 p.m.! and rooms were not ready. We were suggested to wait for 40 minutes. In 40 minutes time we got two rooms and one of them was still dirty. When we came at the reception, we found that many people are waiting for their rooms to be cleaned up (at 9 p.m) when check in time is 2 p.m. Staff was not trying to solve this and was a bit rude (asking to pay in advance). However, when a certain organized tourist group arrived, they pushed through to the reception and got 4-5 rooms, despite the fact that some people were waiting for their rooms for hours. In the end we insisted to call to manager and got 30% discount. But nevertheless. Rooms are not clean. We had a bird nest just above our window. On the second day of stay rooms were not cleaned. Breakfast is served in awful cold room. Everything was not fresh and a lot of items finished hour before closure. Awful hotel. I had a good experience with Azimut, but this was the worst hotel I've ever seen. Despite the fact that the price for the rooms is very high - you can stay in good hotel in Nice or Milan for that Money

Review 15：There is no access for wheelchair, and there is no access for suitcases at the entrance door, so we had to carry over the stairs. Very poor kitchen, breakfast with very limited selection.

Review 18：Quiet with very nice view to the Oka river, which is issuing to the Wolga (Strelka). Good for walking, as located on a plateau above the rivers, with many walking lanes - a bit like a park. Not far from the historic district with its pedetrian area, the Kremlin, the Chkalov staircase, the place for a riverboat trip and many other point of interests. The rooms are standard in good condition and proper. Breakfast buffet was rich and versatile (standard). WiFi works Taxi availabilty is good and quick (max. 5-10 min) Personal was kind in suburban contact.

Review 53：1. The curtains were not long enough to block all the incoming light from outside at night. 2. I wish there had been a fridge in the room. 3. If you want to taste everything at breakfast, you'd better come at least before 9 o'clock (although you won't stay hungry in the end). 4. I would recommend the staff to check the pillows (they are not very comfortable) and bed lights (none of them worked in my room). 5. I needed a clothes brush, but unfortunately there wasn't any.

WiFi was surprisingly stable not only in the room, but in other places as well. The speed was not very high, but enough for web surfing. 5.
