Review 1：Would have loved to use the gym, spa and other facilities. These were under renovation but hopefully the next time around they will be available.

Review 2：Loved the staff, they were very helpful and welcoming. Rooms were nice and always clean. The food was also very good and room service was always on time. The staff made my stay even more enjoyable.

Review 4：I think this is a REALLY nice place, and it is the staff that makes it so welcoming. The rooms and everything are nice as well, but I have stayed in hotels all over Russia (and - while I was there as a tourist - am a frequent business traveller all over the world and usually only stay in the best hotels) and the hotel compares very favourably. Big compliments to the staff.

Review 5：The main thing is not to open the window - raid insects, so I advise you not to take risks and use the air conditioner. I want to go to the swimming pool and fitness center but both were closed =(

Review 6：I liked that the hotel is in a coniferous forest. Around the hotel is quiet, beautiful, fresh air, sleep well. In general, the hotel made a good impression, although the maids with radio it's funny. All taxi drivers know very well where the hotel is, so you dont need to remember the address. Review 7：Cleaning staff can enter in your room are any time and you don'thave excuse. Even door is closed they open and come in and go out......Strange attitude....
