Review 1：The hotel restaurant is not somewhere you would nip in to for a quick meal. It is expensive however the food was fantastic.

Review 2：Excellent hotel in a very good location. Staff were very attentive and the property is in excellent condition and cleanliness.

Review 3：Els coixins massa durs i incòmodes. The pillow too hard and unconfortable. La neteja i l'esmorzar no es corresponen amb la categoria que pretén tenir. Cleaning and breafast aren't in the category wich aims to have.

Review 5：Bathroom is poorly designed. With the room available, the shower recess could have been made a bit smaller, and the vanity area therefore larger. A hinged door to the shower would be a good idea also.

Review 27：This was our stopover in Belgium before our trip to the UK. It was a real classy hotel. Very clean and in a superb walking distance position of the City Centre. We were given the Wedding Suite Room 1. It was very large with a large bath, shower, bed and superb bedding. A real luxury room. It was also so very quiet and peaceful with double doors leading out onto your own patio and views of the garden and pond. The wi-fi was the best ever. We were greeted by Dylan who very kindly came to our rescue when we went for a walk by giving us two umbrellas as it was raining. He was so kind and helpful to us during our stay. Thanks.

Review 71：The staff were quite distant. Whilst check-in was very efficient, I received no orientation to the hotel, anything about the sauna or exercise room nor about the restaurant. The staff always seemed in a hurry remained aloof. I found this detracted very much from the whole experience.

The hotel offered a restaurant, terrace and a cozy lounge where we enjoyed a drink and read our books. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Free parking was also an asset. We received great value for our money. This hotel was an excellent base from which to explore Ypres and Brugge, and we were happy to come back at the end of each day. Highly recommend.

Review 76：We could not eat in the hotel's much-praised restaurant. They do not not 'keep' places for guests and it does not open on a Sunday evening. It does not have a bar so an after-dinner drink or a nightcap has to pe purchased from the Square Hotel (same company) up the road.

Room was spacious, very comfortable bed, clean and nice modern decor, bath robes are a thoughtful touch.No restriction on when you can use the sauna and steam room staff will make them available for you with 20 minutes of requesting them. Good breakfast, I would recommend the poached eggs.

Review 82：This hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is close to the city centre. The room was clean and large and the layout is attractive. The bathroom is large and also very clean. We were in a 3-person room of which they have one on each floor (3 of these in total). The restaurant is extremely good, but be prepared to pay for that (appr. 65€ p.p. incl. wine). The hotel has a very nice fitness and wellness area (sauna and hamman bath). Excellent price/quality ratio.

Review 90：Beautiful hotel in a 19th century house in central Kortrijk - 2 minutes to the market square. The staff are all very friendly, professional and helpful.Our room was enormous and had big French windows onto a terrace and shared garden with pond. Lovely complimentary toiletries and comfy bed. The hotel restaurant is expensive but the food is well worth the cost - delicious! We have stayed here several times to watch the Tour de France/Tour of Flanders cycle races sometimes sharing the hotel with pro teams. It's a perfect base for the Belgian classics.
