Review 1：- The noise insulation is poor. You can hear people in the adjacent rooms, even when they are speaking at a normal volume. However, noise is only likely to be more of a problem when hotel is full to capacity. - There is no air conditioning, HOWEVER, even on a hot July day / night, this was not a problem for us.
Review 2：- Great hosts and super accommodating (tip: make sure to call ahead if arriving before 4pm on check-in day. It is clearly stated in rules that check in is at 4pm but earlier arrivals should be catered for if you give some warning) - Hosts were very kind to provide indoor storage for a large number of bicycles (mine and those of other guests) - Good location, lots of parking, walking distance to centre of Manteigas. - Only basic comforts, but very clean and adequate for the purposes of having a base to explore the surrounding area.

Review 13：-Very small common areas, mainly used by the couple that manage theplace - we were bound to the room - it feels claustrophobic- location - you are not in the wild nor in the city - it's in the middle of a residential area - nothing at walking distance not even nature! -no credit card payment, no receipts! - only 4 portuguese TV channels in a micro TV.
