Review 1：We did not like the black plastic stairs heading to the beach. They are very dangerous. I stubbed my and broke the nail very badly. I saw others do the same. Shovelling sand over top through the day is not a solution. Some of the staff in the pool bar were unfriendly. They had no desire to serve you and were constantly texting on their cell phones. Getting service was very difficult at times. Since we are paying top dollar for drinks, this shocks me.

Review 2：we loved the property. The grounds and gardens were well maintained, the rooms were updated, clean and modern. The food was good. Most of the staff was friendly. The beach and ocean are by far the best part of the property.

Review 3：Staff and poor Service..for that price you expect a top-notch, super-duper service. I mean that's a quite expensive hotel.. some of the staff are really super friendly, helpful and welcoming (I would rate them 10), but they are quite few in number. on the other hand, there are many staff members whom you would rate 1. So on average, the staff is poor.We had a couple of incidents during our stay and already on the third day, I stopped asking for anything from the staff. I was tired of repeating myself. I believe the service quality needs an upgrade. Perhaps a different training. For example, high-end travelers require some additional services on top of the basic needs. The concierge should be working in order to actually serve the guests, and should try to make sure the needs of every guest is met. On the contrary, the concierge is not very solution-oriented. Simple things can really hurt your reputation. I asked something before my arrival, I had no response. Plus, I asked for pony riding reservation for 4 days when I was there, at the end I literally have given up. The response I got was "it is totally booked". I got this response on the 3rd date and I'm sure there were other people booking before me on the first and second dates! So they were very late in their response. Moreover, if you are one of the luxury resorts on this island, you should always have access to extra seats/places for your guests. If you can't do that you are not top-notch. Second example was a simple stupid thing I really needed. My sandals were taken away by the waves and I was stuck bare foot on the beach. I simply asked for them to send me hotel slippers or something plastics. Well they told me "walk in bare foot". I was shocked! At the end I borrowed my mother's sandals walked to the town from the beach and bought myself new ones.

Review 4：Well we stayed here with mom for about a week. I definitely think this is one of the best resorts in Provo. And definitely thinking to come back here next year. However it does not mean that everything is perfect here. The location, the buildings are awesome. The rooms are super! You have water for free. Internet is free! Beach is great! Infinity Pool is super! Breakfast is excellent! (Includes scrambled eggs, pancakes and the lovely Chobani yoghurt;) So overall you can have excellent time here. The front desk manager was very kind and helpful. Already at our arrival he was nice, and on our fourth day he learned I had some problems with other staff (although We did not complain about it). he apologized on behalf of the hotel and showing good intention, he tried making up for it. So he definitely gained all our respect and appreciation. The hotel is amazing, and if they are a bit more careful about small service details I think they will rock! (These points are below at the dislikes part) All said, I am definitely going to come and stay here again !

Review 5：We tried Parallel 23 for dinner the first night because of convenience and the food was just ok- great atmosphere but nothing memorable :(

Review 6：The regent palms was everything we hoped for! The welcome area is beautiful, the pool is awesome- so relaxing! The beach is very well organized and the staff helps to accommodate just about anything. There was nothing that seemed unreachable during our stay. The hotel is very upscale but never feels "stuffy." The staff is incredible and everything is at your fingertips. The spa is a must!

Review 9：The Food at the resort was VERY Expensive and not to the quality that we would have expected. After the first day, we ate everywhere except at the resort, had excellent meals at more reasonable prices.

Review 10：Restaurant Parallel123 food (our dishes were very poor quality.) Three of us were very disappointed. We ordered lamb dish(frost burned), linguine lobster-served with parpadelle pasta instead, and boullabaisse soup,worst ever. The fourth person's dish did not arrive until we were finished with our supper. 2) no pool for adults only It was very difficult to swim, since there were too many children ( 10-20)playing different water games at all times.
