Review 1：It was by far the worst hotel we've ever been to! First of all, ittook us two whole hours to check-in! Despite the confirmation we hadreceived the previous day, when we arrived there was no room for us.Instead, we were misleadingly told that we would be taken to a five starhotel at the same price, complementary (and that's the reason fornot leaving immediately-how fool of us!). But that was such a lie! Wewere simply cheated in waiting and in the end they gave us rooms inPerelik! And I suppose it was the first they could find. Instead of adoule bed and a baby cot we had asked for, we were given three singles!The room furniture was very old and what is worse the carpet was sodirty that we didn't even want to take our shoes off! However, wewere made to pay when given the key (I'll never do this mistakeagain) so we had to spend at least a night there. We went to the poolwhich is huge, but very deep (definitely not for children) and freezingcold. And for someone to get there one has to go through the hotel'slobby and lobby bar! How embarrassing! The meals are all inclusive sothere are always queues, especially at breakfast since there is only onecoffee machine for the whole hotel!! As for the children's room,it's just a separate place near the reception with a plasticchildren's house in it! A terrible hotel. I would never return evenif they paid me
