Review 1：Drinking water was Not available sometimes... Also free drinking water should be made available through out the day.

Review 2：Staff's are really cooperative .. I ' m coming from India and I don't know Russian language, still the staff behaved comfortably..

Review 3：Subway is 10 minutes away and there is not much to see around the hotel. Some parts of the bathroom are too small for comfort.

Review 4：Very polite and helpful staff, a small but clean room and a good breakfast. Good choice if your business is not in the city center.

Review 5：they tell me that breakfast is until 11 and I go at 10:20 and they tell me that is closed. Saturday - Sunday is until 11 and other days until 10. they don't tell. And they send me to whisky bar for breakfast and pay extra without apology for their mistake not to give necessary info.

Review 6：I check in Saturday afternoon and they tell me that breakfast is from 7:30 - 11:00. Sunday it was ok. Next day I change room to business suit. At the morning I go at 10:20 to eat breakfast and tell me that it finish 10:00.I ask them why? Why you didn't inform me and you told me that is until 11:00? The answer was...... You can go to whisky bar for breakfast. Unacceptable for this hotel, for this room and this cost, not serve and inform people good. Second, is that they tell me two times different price that I had to pay from the price I book. I book in booking 6232 RUB and they ask me 7300 RUB.I solve the problem with calling the call center in booking and print the booking reference that says 6232 RUB. Totally unacceptable treatment, lost of my time and eat my nerves until solve.
