Review 1：No smoking in rooms!!!

Review 3：As said, rooms differ from each other, and if you are not lucky or insistive, you may stay in a non-comfortable room, where A/C does not work, bathroom is dirty, noisy etc. Breakfast is very poor and some employees do not care anything, whereas some of them are very helpful.
Review 4：It is an average hotel. Do not expect something special. The rooms differ from each other so try to pick the best one. In one stay, i changed my room two times, but was satisfied with the last one. The location is good, in a quite district but in a walking distance to main street.
Review 5：the hotel is very noisy (due to poor constructions of and around the hotel), breakfast is very limited - hotel is one of those post-soviet attempts to go away from stalin towers however not offering western standards

Review 8：Rooms are without conditioning systems but the price is very high. Let's say the price is on the level of Mosow and higher then in Germany or Austria. Very noisy. Bad balcony doors without proper isolation. Police or sequrity are to control drunken people at night time. Half of night drunken people shouted in the coridor and outside the building. What is the sequrity doing there? It was impossible to sleap because of hot air and noise.
