Review 1：We booked apartment (28 m2) but they gave us very small and unconfortable room without kitchen and balcony. When we asked to change it, they showed also very small room with some kitchen elements but anyway without balcony and without lake view. So we felt absolutely cheated. The photos don't correspond to reality. Never stay here again. There are lot of better places near the lake ("Smetek", "Kuznia Smaku" and others). Not recomend.

Review 8：At first lady to push me to pay,but i wanted to see the room first. Room,that i selected was w/o air conditioning unit and very hot inside because had lake view (sunny side) i requested to see the other room. So we got shady side,but during a stay weather get hot and humid.Hotel staff does not have air conditioning unit or even a fan. Would be nice if hotel staff would have one of the cooling units when becomes necessary. Also back yard noisy.
