Review 1：The mosquitos at the riverside restaurant liked my wife more than she liked them!

Review 2：Room 207 was ideal. It faced the pool and had no sun beds outside. The cleaning ladies made a wonderful arrangement and display of our towels on our bed.

Review 3：I did not like that as I went with another young female friend that some of the male attention was a bit much. I understand that the staff want to have fun with guests but constantly asking if we are going to the bars with them late after they've finished work and constantly being told no and then them constantly getting in a huff about it was a little irritating. I felt like some staff were tripping over themselves trying to help when we first arrived but as the week progressed they didn't care so much...and we assumed it was because of never going for a drink with them. Also my room was next to the pool bar which stayed open past midnight with music and I just wanted early nights mostly! I think if you stay further away from the bar this would not be a problem.

Review 4：I loved the grounds. It was kept very clean and tidy. The Jetty area by the river was a beautiful, cool and calming place to sit and relax. The restaurant was one of the best in Dalyan so you often can stay for dinner. The majority of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Tomas is amazing! The Hotel also offers boat trips with its own boat so you can make friends around the pool and arrange a trip together

Review 7：Our balcony had a view of the toilet. The Wifi was basically nonworking. The breakfast was poor - very little choice and whatever was there had mediocre taste.

Review 8：Location is great. It's a quiet hotel on the river with pretty riverside views. The hammock, the poolside chairs are all nice.

Review 9：The bar and restaurant was quite expensive. eg price of bottle of Efes elsewhere ranged from 7 to 9 TL. In Calypso it is 10. The seating in the bar area is very limited and not very inviting. Furniture a little old and in some cases broken. It's a pity because it spoils an otherwise lovely hotel.

Review 10：Rooms are quite big, nice and light. There is a dbl bed area and a seating area with sofabed. Some rooms have a wall between the two, not all. Bathroom is modern with wonderful shower. Plenty of storage in the bedroom but none in the bathroom - really needs another shelf or 2. Good towel changing and cleaning. Small pleasant terraces enough to seat 3 people easily, with good quality chairs. Lovely riverside deck where you can eat/drink. Thankfully bar music was very low level. Very compact site, small hotel, lovely garden. Upstairs rooms accessed by a small spiral staircase. If you are 'mature' ask for ground floor. The manager will try to help. Suits us just fine.

Review 13：Very quiet by the pool during the day. Staff brilliant especially Haydar the barman! Setting is stunning. Food is good. Location is excellent - just a 10 minute stroll to town. Lovely trip to beach by boat. Loved it all!

Review 14：We were three friends sharing one "room", which was a little too small in hindsight - there was not enough room for all our clothes and so we ended up leaving it in our cases on the floor. Two of us were in twin beds in the room with the air-con unit but the third was a sofa bed in a separate room, which was very hot overnight, and had no bedside lamp, despite our request for one. Sharing made it a very cheap holiday, but I don't think I would ever do it again.

Review 15：The location is stunning, especially the restaurant overlooking the river. We ate in the restaurant several times and the food was always wonderfully fresh with generous portions, and the Turkish wine was a pleasant surprise (try Doluca Asme!). We loved the peacefully quality of the place and the beautiful planting around the hotel buildings. It attracts guests that are more mature, who seem to want a quiet holiday and there were few children, which suited us. It is well situated, just a short walk along the lovely river path to the town centre. The hotel was very good value and I would certainly recommend it to friends, who want to visit Turkey and do not want to be in a large resort.

Review 16：The room was really Spartan!! Not even a little fridge! Rough piques without sheets on the beds. No mosquito proofing so had to use noisy airconditioner. Used to love Calypso but it is now expensive. Realise it was the holiday and probably the most expensive week in the year but the Spa Hotel nearby was charging very little more!! Probably be fine when it isn't mid-season.

Review 32：The location was superb, right on the river and only a few minutes walk into town along the river path. The restaurant was on the water's edge. Rooms were a good size and of a good standard. Staff were very helpful

Review 35：We had a fabulous stay, the hotel is a short pleasant walk along the river into town. Nice room with excellent shower! The pool set up was nice and the barman very friendly and giving out free popcorn. We were able to use the hotels paddle boat to take a trip down the river which was a bonus and breakfast at riverside lovely.

Review 39：I've been travelling from Antalya up to Bodrum and stayed two nights at Dalyan (lovely place), the service of the staff was great. They're very service oriented to make the stay a great experience. Breakfast next to the river was even on the first day served. Nice room (actually you've got two rooms, so looks like a small cottage). The city center is just walking 10 minutes away, with the car 2 minutes away. Would love to come back an stay longer.

Review 44：We've just got back from a blissful week in The CalypsoPlus.....& what can we say? If you lead a busy stressful life thenthis is the place to be, your day will be filled by just relaxing inthis beautiful peaceful, warm, clean & very personal hotel. To us itwas like travelling back in time no hustle & bustle just a quietfriendly atmosphere. I must say thou the only down side of this hotel isthe breakfast! This needs to be seriously improved.....I Don't thinkthe Turkish realise how much us English love our brekkie! Everyafternoon my husband & I would sit on the cushioned jetty feedingthe fish, him with Alice cool Eff"s & me with my cuppa &hot cherry & ice-cream dessert ....heaven!!! Big thanx to everyoneespecially the lovely Hyda & Thomas who work sooo hard to make usholidaymakers so welcome. Hopefully we will be back next September for 2weeks this time!!!

Review 45：“Fantastic - had to add my thoughts” Service: fantastic, fun, friendly. Rooms: lovely, comfortable, very clean and obviously cared for. Pool: great for relaxing swims. Location: Stunning. Set on the quiet and idyllic riverbank, great views of the spectacular scenery, 10 minutes away from the main bustle of Dalyan but that makes a huge difference. Dalyan itself is a gem in Turkey. Food: Everything we tried was great, and look out for the salt-baked sea bass!
