Review 1：Parking was on the street so you need to arrive late, Bit difficult with dogs as in the city but no choice of accommodation,
Review 2：The room was nice with a modern decor and big headboard. The bathroom was lovely with an open walk in shower and really nice toiletries. It had a window that you could tilt open for some air as it was very hot in the room. Opened to a security stair but too hot for me even though November,

Review 9：Hall way and staircase lights are on a motion detector and the areas are pitch black until motion is detected. The lights come on too late or their should be a least a bit of light at all times.

Review 12：Wifi can be poor in some rooms so if this is important please ask. One visit my room didn't have a shower only a bath and hand shower. A full shower was awkward. However, when I visited again, the staff were great once I told them and I'm currently in a room with a shower and decent Wifi.
Review 13：The staff are wonderful; incredibly friendly and helpful. They sorted out a couple of minor issues easily. The location is great for Kortrijk, just a short walk from the station. The rooms are modern, very nice and clean. The burgers in the restaurant are amazing!

Review 25：This is a simple but comfortable and clean hotel. I had a small room with a nice, glass enclosed WC right in the room. This was fine for 1 person but no privacy for 2 or more. The staff were extreme helpful, especially Sabrina who offered a lot if friendly assistance and time while I tried to make plans for train and hotel in Brussels. I would stay here again.
Review 26：Difficult to park car. At end of street, next to busstation possible to park car for 2.5 euro per day (only in morning and afternoon). No real daylight if room is on the back of the hotel room next to fire-escape stairs, but are quiet rooms.
Review 27：Next to the marketplace in the city center. Near restaurants, bars and shops. Normal clean hotel room, with modern design. Great to explore the surrounding area (Yper/Ieper).
Review 28：It was hard to find a parking place which was harmful because we absolutely wanted a place with easy parking. (Every spot in the neighborhood was in use.) I didn't very much like the idea of a shower in bedroom. You could lie on a bed and watch your roommate taking a shower or bath. And actually you had to sit in a bathtub to be able to take a shower. No hairdryer. Otherwise the room was nicely decorated.

Review 76：I'm quite tall (1m98) and the double bed was a bit 'short', but 99% of hotel beds are too short so I'm used to it. The hotel has an elevator but bear in mind this is a rather tiny one, allowing just 2 persons or 1 person with 2 medium sized bags.
Review 77：The ability to check-in until 03h00 in the morning. I was on a company trip (Saturday) which ended at 00h30 and I arrived at the hotel by 01h30. The night receptionist kindly checked me in and we had a nice short conversation before I went to my room. A nice and comfortable double bed room, not too small, not too big, just perfect! I liked the fact that the curtains totally blinded the room (e.g. no light could enter the room from the outside). Furthermore, easy (and cheap) parking can be found +-300m further in the underground parking "Schouwburg" which is guarded 24/7. I let me car there for more than 14 hours and only paid €9,50 (arrived at 01h20 and left at 15h), underground parkings in other (bigger) Belgian cities tend to be much pricier. If you're looking for a nice, cosy not too expensive hotel, I can certainly recommend this hotel! Next time I will be on a company trip, I most likely will rebook this hotel!
Review 78：Not big deals, but as I said the pretty good breakfast was a bit pricey at 12 euros, and I suppose I should mention that the lift, whilst working pefectly, was only big enough for 2, so if you've got children you may have to post them in advance!
Review 79：Staff very friendly and helpful; being English, we were too stupid to be able to manage a telephone conversation in French, but the very attractive young lady at the desk was kind and efficient enough to ring a restaurant in France (Cassell) to book a table for us Silly Billies! Rooms all good, although be aware that the singles won't be adaptable into doubles, as the well appointed shower/loo area actually had glass walls, so all that went on therein would afford rather 'specialist views' for anyone else in the room. Buffet breakfast had a very good selection, but was a bit steep at 12 euros extra. That aside, we would certainly recommend it.

Review 127：The centre of Kortrijk on Friday nights is full of noisy drunks, which are of course outside the control of the hotel. Breakfast is an expensive extra though good value for money. A roll and coffee can be had at a bakery around the corner - if necessary.
