Review 1：The desk clerk was telling us all her business. I was only there for a few minutes to check in but I found out that she has a husband with 6 kids, they meant at church, her husband was a fat ugly kid growing up and everyone teased him, including her, and she ends up marrying him. I also know that the owner called her in on her day off and didn't want to pay her over time but she clocked in anyway. The owners are "scared of black people," so he called her in to remove a "black male" from a room because the owner was too scared to do it himself.
Review 2：All the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are amazing for the price. The continental breakfast was good and it was free.
Review 3：The only thing I would change would be the blankets on the bed . They had burn marks on them, I understand why,.But the rooms was clean and the staff was awesome
Review 4：We were there for new years eve at the casino.First I booked it and then I called to verify and there was a problem with the inn number. The girl at the counter was awesome and fixed everything up right away.. We changed to a smoking room which worked well for us.
Review 5：The only thing that we did not like was that one bedspread was extremely dirty. The bedspreads the next day were clean but so wrinkled that they did not make a good impression. The fabric on the chairs also looked dirty.

Review 7：Very good hotel. Rooms fitted with all the equipment that a guest needs from a hotel room: microwave, refrigerator, good TV, iron board, etc. Rooms very clean, excelent staff. Complimentary continental breakfast offered.
Review 8：The morning staff person was not familiar with major roads less than 3 miles away. We were looking to get to Route 8 W. We found it but were afraid we 'd pass it as street signs are not large in Dover. Luckiy, a sign ahead told us where to turn and we did not lose any time. (We were headed out of town to no specific address and so could not enter another address.) All staff people should be familiar with the immediate area. A map should be there at the desk to show where RRI is located in reference to other major roads. The one map available tat the desk , according to the man working, did not have the location of the Red Roof Inn in Dover.
Review 9：We like the evening receptionist as we could not figure out where we were on RT 13 (did not see the small signpost with Dupont Hwy) However, when we told her where we were she said we were a couple miles away and then she told us if we come to Home Depot, we passed it. That was very helpful Glad that person knew the immediate area.
Review 10：Most hotels in are travels for work I find do not mop the floors well enough. They are very very dirty still it takes going over a floor close four times with a squeggy mop to properly clean floors.
Review 11：The hotel management was kind and good to me all except when I went leave for checkout the maid service was bit rude. Which I did not take well. Because of front desk management I would refer and stay there again in future.
Review 12：Walls are paper thin. Could hear everything next door and especially outside. Toilet was too low to floor and there was no vanity or anything in restroom to place anything during a shower, just a lot of wasted space. Could smell smoke in our non-smoking room.

Review 18：Dirty. Elevator was never cleaned in the 3 days I was there. Right on the highway so it was noisy. The bathroom had issues. The shower diverter was lose, there was a big sticker on the side of the toilet so that was never cleaned. There was a dirty patch of carpeting on either side of the bed and the rest was vinyl flooring - weird. The furniture was beat-up. I could go on. I would never stay at this place again.

My only negative was that I am asthmatic and as we entered the lobby to check in, the disinfectant/cleaning solution smell was overwhelming. This was the only area of the hotel that bothered me but it was really terrible.

I felt so dirty there! Not a good place for someone that likes cleanliness. I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Review 52：The location of the Inn pertaining to Dover Downs Casino was the best and the added fact that this is one of the Inns that the casino shuttle goes to made it one enjoyable New Years Eve. The front desk clerk was the same one at check in as well as check out and was friendly and helpful. The room was clean with all the details you would expect. The wifi worked great, the shower was powerful and the tub drained not allowing the water to build up while showering. Would highly recommend.
Review 53：Let's see...it started with the manager calling my house at 2am to find out why I had not checked in. When I first asked why did he feel the need to call me at 2am! He gave me attitude and began to yell at me. When I got down to my room and checked in. I thought everything would be ok but they messed up my billing. When I called to ask a question about why I was double billed. I had to argue with the same rude manager about my bill. There are so many nicer and cleaner hotels on DuPont...never again. Only stayed because I booked late for homecoming weekend.
