Review 1：I had expected tea/coffee making facilities but there wasn't any in the room I was in initially. However, I decided to stay an extra night, which after some jiggling Enver and Adile managed to accommodate, and that room had tea/coffee facilities and more - a much greater room.

Review 2：Enver and Adile Karaca are very welcoming, helpful and friendly - they go out of their way to ensure your stay is a good experience. By the end of my second night there I was enjoying a game of Okey (Turkish rummy) with them and other guests. Great location, just a few minutes walk to riverside and village centre.

Review 3：No originality or change in breakfast menu with no juice to drink for kids except softdrinks and artificial stuff, and not included in the Bfast. Not what they advertize!

Review 4：Location and cleanliness. Walking distance to town, but easy to get lost in the maze of streets. Many restaurants to choose from.

Review 5：Swimming pool was chlorinated, which caused irritation of skin and eyes of my children. Appartment wasn't cleaned or bins emptied until the fifth day. Air conditioning was only available in the main living area. Bathroom facilities needed some maintenance.

Review 6：Good location, about 10 minutes walk from the centre. Home cooked Turkish breakfast with fresh omelette and attentive service. Friendly welcome from the family/owner. Good basic, budget accommodation at a reasonable price.

Review 10：Amazing location - centre of town and bars and restaurants only a short (5-10 min) walk away. Incredible Turkish breakfast each morning. Very friendly staff, willing to go the extra mile. All in, a perfect place to stay.

Review 11：When we arrived we were shown to our room which was in the eaves, therefore had sloping ceilings. It was very small and basic, small high level window, cushions on the floor, very small and basic bathroom, no outside space. We asked to be moved, and were shown a 2 bed apartment. Unfortunately, we had to pay more, but it was large, light and airy, with balcony, proper bathroom and we were much happier there. Would have totally spoilt holiday staying in first room.

Review 25：Extremely friendly family run apartment/hotel. Could not have asked for a better holiday. The family could not do enough for you and were always there if you needed them. Breakfast every morning was lovely and you left th table felling really full. The swimming pool was always very clean and it had the sun on it all day. We would not hesitate in going back to this apartment/hotel when we next plan to visit Turkey. It was only 5 mins walk to town ad so was close to all amenities that you would require. Please consider this venue if you are thinking of a holiday in Dalyan, Turkey.

Review 40：As we were only staying one night , and arrived early in the morning, it was a trek up the steep stairs to our rooms at the top!

Review 41：We only stayed one night before we went to our booked villa for two weeks. They made us so welcome, and when we left we felt like family. Delicious breakfast, esp the Melaman (Turkish omelette) . They could not do enough for us . We even went back for breakfast on another day of our stay, and we're made so welcome. Rooms nice and ideal for what we needed.

Review 50：This hotel was a great place to go for a central budget stopover or a for alot more comfort go for the 2 bed apartments which are lovely the pool was always immaculate with sun beds always available. Lovely silent nights with all those pesky dogs living out of earshot in other hotels. The atmosphere was laid back, friendly and the lovely owners would help with anything. People also booked this place for a month at a time and they were certainly happy. Great for a small friendly hotel in a central location without a hotel dog and cockerel .

Review 51：While cleaning more attention should be paid to detail. Especially in bathroom, for example the mirror has not been wiped for ages. Before renting out someone should also look inside the fridge and give it a clean.

Review 55：The really great thing about a stay at Karaca Apart Hotel has to be the wonderful owners - Enver and Adile! We were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Enver organised various boat trips, took us to a turkish bath and served ice-cold beers whilst Adile made some great food for us. Their daughter also became good friends with their lovely daughter, Gozde. We had breakfast included and it was well worth it. The Apart Hotel place itself is very nice, pool is great and apartment spacious and comfortable - aircon was great. Set in the really great place that is Dalyan made this a great place to stay. 5-10 min walk in to a large town with lots of restaurants and a water taxi to the beach. As a family, we are unanimous in that we'd go back and stay we our now good friends Enver and Adile.

Review 56：Owners were really friendly & welcoming - nothing was too much trouble - even gave us a lift back to the airport on our departure. Nice, bright spacious rooms. Tasty Turkish breakfast served. Well situated. Easy access to Dalyan town centre (5 min walk). Ideal for families.

Review 57：The hosts were incredibly kind and friendly. They cooked us a meal at around midnight and they came to look for us once we got lost in Dalyan. Anything we asked for was no problem, and they organized a nice tour for us on the first day. They were always available and made us feel welcome and like at home. The room was relatively small (attic) but cosy and nicely decorated, with well working air conditioning. If we come back to Dalyan, this is the place we want to be.

Review 58：Enver and Adilese (the owners) were so welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much for them to ensure our stay was as good as it could be. The apartments are only 5-10 mins walk from restaurants, bars, the centre of Dalyan with it's beautiful river, mosque and boat trips. I would definitely go here again.

Review 59：Very bad location outside the city centre in a area with no lights (it's very easy to get lost).We had to ask permission to come back at night at midnight (the owner acted like he was doing us a favour). On the second day we had to pack our bags and move to another room for mysterious reasons, the new room had no hot water!! The owner bothers you constantly trying to sell you everything he can at expensive prices.

Marvellous home cooking - loved the barbecued fresh fish Adile made for dinner one night. Large and comfortable accommodation - 2 good-sized bedrooms and large living/kitchen area, perfect for the 4 of us. Incredibly good value for money. Would highly recommend as a wonderful place to stay in Dalyan.

Review 67：Wonderfully welcoming family run establishment located in a residential road within walking distance of the town centre. nothing is too much trouble for the owner and his wife. We initially booked the top floor but due to my height and the sloping ceiling we moved into the much larger first floor appartment which was very spacious.

Review 68：The apartments were fairly basic in terms of their facilities, but there was really no need to do any cooking, as breakfast was included and there are many, many restaurants to choose from in Dalyan centre, less than 10 minutes easy walk even with young children.
