Review 1：It is a bit of a walk from the metro, specially on the cold winter days. Other than that was a good hotel.

Review 2：It was clean and modern. Nice view over the river, specially on a snowy day.

Review 3：In the middle of the first night, there were announcements in Russian sent by loudspeaker to my room twice without reasons, I had to come down to the reception for answers but none was given--just that there was no problem but they could not explain what it's all about. Registration slip was not given in time at my departure. My room was without a view of the river as I required at booking according to its descriptions.

Review 4：Facilities in my room were very good and adequate beyond expectation. Certain receptionists could speak English and were helpful. Paid breakfast included several choices and very adequate.

The maids did not clean up the room thoroughly, the linens were not replaced during a 4-night stay at all. One more thing: a strip-club right in the hotel is not what adds to the dignity of this place...

Review 16：Awesome interior, very good breakfast, pretty clean rooms. It's a pleasure to stay at such hotel (despite some of the cons). Railway and subway stations are 10 min walk. Bus stops are next to the hotel, you can get to the Kremlin area pretty fast.

Review 27：It is a bad value for money. The hotel is not a 3-star hotel. Rooms are poorly decorated, there are cracks in the walls, beds are with springs that you feel with your back. I would not recommend to stay here

I called to reception and technical personal try to fix it up..but can't do it and said: "you with us just for one night..you can endure cold".....then wi-fi didn't work and TV..I called by phone a lot of times on reception but nothing..... On breakfast they switch on very loud music like on disco!! The service during the breakfast was awfull!! All dishes and cutlery were wet! The staff always forgot about smth.. And after breakfast the cleaning woman knocked in our room and asked me: "ou, you still here???" It was two or three hours before check out!! They are so hospitable!!:)

Review 60：Noisy, bad ventilation, terrible room cleaning (the trash in the box was even from previous visitors so needless to say that they did not throw out the trash those 3 days I stayed). Last day I got totally mad and asked them not to go to my room for "cleaning" at all. Besides that, please bare in mind that there is a strip club in the first place and usual Russian "tradition" to offer "additional services" in the hotel is very vital. In the last evening even I had to prove that I live in the hotel... incredible! Will never stay here again though it is in a good location for people who come to Exhibition center.

Review 66：DANGER - stay away from this hotel!!! It is a shame to see this hotel owner spend so much money on construction when the employees have such a bad attitude. We arrived at 0400 and asked to have a quiet room because we wanted to sleep until 1100. At 0815 we awoke to a construction worker drilling into the wall opposite us. I contacted the desk and they did not care. I went downstairs and asked that the construction be delayed until 1100 - The brunette girl said that this was not possible. I asked to speak to the hotel manager and was told that he was not working today. As I was talking to the brunette girl, the blond, Alexandra started laughing, she thought that the whole situation was funny. I asked her, "Do you think this is funny?" She replied, with a big smirk on her face, that yes, she thought it was funny that my sleep was ruined. Now, it is one thing to have your sleep ruined. And it is another to have apathetic staff. But when a hotel clerk LAUGHS IN YOUR FACE and then says that your grief is COMICAL for her, that worthless employee should be fired on the spot. When I wrote down her name, she smiled again and made sure that I spelled it correctly. It is obvious that she knows that her job is safe - the boss, wherever he is, obviously does not police the bad attitude of his staff. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this hotel!

Review 70：4 elevators, but always an extended wait due to the amount of peolple needing to use them to acess their rooms. People talking in the hall can be heard from inside your room! This includes cleaners and guests who forever seemed to be in the hall making a racket! I wouldn't recommend this hotel for someone seeking a quite rest
