Review 1：One of the waiters at a restaurant - deliberately very slow and impolite to some of the customers (the waitresses were all nice and friendly).
Review 2：Very good, value for money hotel complex composed of a few houses - each with several rooms inside. Beautiful surroundings. Close to the Sucevita monastery. Ideal starting point for a sightseeing tour of Bucovina. Good breakfast and dinner (especially desserts). Rooms comfortable, large, with big balconies offering nice views.
Review 3：The facilities (pool, jacuzzi, etc) are approx. 7eur/person, the food in the restaurant wasn't great at all, the staff was not flexible to accomodate our demands, the breakfast was basic and the rooms are more towards 2-3 stars, not 4 stars. When asked to talk to the manager I was suggested that the manager is even more inflexible to listen to me. The other hotels in the vicinity will offer the same or better experiences (except the pool&facilities - games)for half price. No value for money, won't go back, felt misleaded.

Review 11：The towels were pretty old and this was very visible. Although the room was clean, there were cigarettes butts in the ashtray on the balcony.
