Review 1：There was a bad smell in the Room which was not pleasant at all. Also I couldn't call the Reception from my Room (it was not clear how I should do it on the telephone and I forgot to ask them).

Review 2：The Hotel is conveniently located on the side of the river near the Krimlin and the old city. the staff are wonderful and helpful. The staff speak very good English.

Review 3：Only 2: 1. In spite of the excellant cleanless, it was frequently stinky in the bathroom (the bad small comes in probably through the ventillation system) 2. Many flyes outside and only the small window was covered with fly-net. It was not enough for a good sleep.

Review 5：Extremely helpful receptionists with excellent English. Most rooms have a view of the Volga in a nice green part of the city. The hotel is 5-10 minutes on foot from the Kremlin, bars and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Review 10：On Saturday, the two girls at the reception desk couldn't speak English and they were neither helpful nor professional at all.

Review 11：The hotel has views to Volga river from most of the rooms, since it is 150 m. over the level of the river and there is a park between both. Great Location near the Kremlin. Big flat screen TV. Perfect free Internet connection by Wifi. Russian breakfast. Tasty dishes and affordable prices at restaurant If you are lucky that the recepcionist can speak fluent English, they are kind and professional, and it is a good value hotel.
