Review 1：Old style standard rooms, though have been refurbished. Mattresses not firm.

Being only English speaking guests, it was a challenge to communicate but it was good to always see a smile on each of the staff face and try their very utmost to assist.

"Затюканность" персонала - ощущение, что они боятся лишний раз приветствовать гостя (горничные и уборщицы на этажах здороваются очень тихо, не поднимая глаз), что лишний раз не дает возможности к ним обратиться (а, вдруг, со страху, они в обморок брякнутся).

Review 26：ОЧЕНЬ ЧИСТОЕ белье и полотенца, тишина в отеле ввиду его малой загруженности, очень адекватные завтраки (достаточно большой выбор). При всей дешивизне сантехники, все очень чисто. Для курящих рай - курящие не этажи - номера.

Review 27：the room at too small and the beds are too small and never feel relax or comfort.. the room prices are much expensive than it must be they charged me 4500 rub per night which the room size and the very small beds not worth it.. the breakfast is not good and looks normal like any other hotel.. the hotel is 3 stars but it charges more than 4 stars which is expensive .. the location is far from the historic part center Lenin street and the taxi ride will usually charge 200 rub..the room is hot because of central heater at this time of the year in october

Review 28：it is close to the alloplant eye clinic .. the hotel stuff at reception speak English very well..ts near to the nice turkish resturant just accross from the main street about 5 to 10 minutes walk to the supermarket and pharmicies and banks

Review 29：All good except my room was very hot, luckily I had 2 windows in theroom to open. The central heating system in Russia is mainly regulatedby remote centers that's why it can be +10 outside and around +30inside. The carpet in the hotel and rooms seems to be very old and very"budget". Overall the hotel needs a "face-lift".

Review 30：Location is great. Next to the big park and activities in it, center,shops and Shopping Malls. Great staff: very polite and helpful. Thelobby has at least 5 or 6 ATMs which means you don't need to worry aboutcashing on the street. The hotel has a security in the lobby so it isvery secure as well. Reception can order you a taxi at any time, but ifyou need to be somewhere on time it is better to order your taxi well inadvance. Taxi ride from hotel to Airport is 650 rub The bed was big andcomfy and I had a great sleep.
