Review 1：Needs some money spent on it, wardrobe door hanging off, no shower screen or curtain, bedding sparse, gardens and pool need tidying up.

Review 3：Our satnav wasn't working so had trouble finding it as only tiny sign outside. Would recommend a sign at end of road Jade!

Review 5：the place was old and tired, not enough drawer space, wardrobes not enough to hang long dresses, mirrors too low and in wrong place, in 8 days only had one towel change and the ones we had were tatty .... this is Turkey and it doesnt cost much to buy new towels!! Badly fitting doors both to the room and onto the small varandah! a little WD40 wouldnt go amiss as most doors stuck and when your neighbours returned .... everyone knew about it! there was insufficient both sunbeds or brollys around the pool and therefore my husband and i chose to go elsewhere.

Review 6：friendly staff and lovely quiet location.... good aircon cleaning was excellent! thats about it! With a bit of money spent on this hotel and its grounds this could well be one of the best in Dalyan as it is .... it was just a bed!

Review 7：I would have liked a nice cappuccino in the morning, but Turkey is a country of tea drinkers, so maybe it is too much to ask! The window in the bathroom did not have a screen and mosquitoes bothered me a few nights. Some of the cleaning products bothered my asthma, but we found a solution. Maybe more environmentally friendly products could be considered.

Review 8：Everything! The basic price is reasonable, and if you want more service (more meals, beer or wine, laundry, etc.) Yeşim will accommodate you. The bed was comfortable and it was so nice to be able to return to the room during the hottest part of the day, relax and read in the air conditioned room or cool off in the pool. The grounds are pretty and well maintained, as is the pool. I liked the location because it is not in the overcrowded center and was more quiet, but still a short walk to restaurants and the river. What makes the hotel special though is the manager, Yeşim. She is friendly, warm, kind and helpful. Her competence and care is what has encouraged so many return guests.

Fruit trees in the garden pool and child's pool. Short stroll into dalyan. Great views and excellent value for money. Can't wait for our return. Tracey and Ant xx

Review 19：booking was so cheap so we didn't no what to expect but once we arrived we were more than happy. basic but well maintained rooms with clean towels everyday & clean bathroom. Hotel owner (Jade) was a very welcoming host and always happy to help. The pool and gardens were lovely and weather was great even in early may. breakfast each day was basic but nice and healthy, all you need to get going in the morning heat. As young couples we went out for late evening meals and drinks but looked forward to getting back round the pool each night for a chilled drink and a chat with Jade. would highly recommend. Her two dogs are also lovely & friendly which gives it a homey feel. can't wait to go back :)

Review 20：The couple who received us were the most helpful and welcoming. The room was basic, clean and spacious. Bathroom clean, shower no curtain, towels. Fantastic value for money. Breakfast was delicious and abundant.
