Review 4：After 11 days we felt like we were part of the family. They went out of the way to include us in their "nochebuena" and new year celebrations. They kids loved the pool, the food is readily available and the mangrove walk is a must do! They also have a reasonably priced van service to the beach. I hope to come back

Review 8：Budget wise. Place was serene. Room facilities just fine but I love the sea view and the balcony. Friendly staff. Lap pool was clean and big. Mangrove forest was a bonus where you can appreciate nature. I recommend you guys to check out their mangrove forest where there's a walkway and you'll see the amazing view at the end of it.

Review 9：Remote location, if you need transport to the airport consult with the staff in time because the road next to the hotel there are no tricycles or taxis passing by.

Review 10：Swimming pool, nice big clean room, beautiful garden. The staff was quite slow to understand we were in a hurry to the airport but after stressing we needed a driver right away they found someone to drive us.

Review 18：I'm giving to this hotel 10/10 altough it's not the best place under the sun. Everything was working as it should, and thats definitely not common for Philippines at all (Lots of experiences). I fall in love with bed, view, pool, grass and flowers, mangroove garden (!!!) and many more, mostly details, which makes this place more than competitive among thousands of other (more expensive and luxurious) places in the world. You mind it's not in the city? You'd love quietness and no smog (no barking and no cocks!!!) You're looking for swimming in the sea? You'll find endless pool more useful than any of the beach here. In adittion, to sit on the wooden pier in the garden makes your stay truly special. Too close to the airport? Oh yes, it is. Observe landing planes from a close distance, no worry, it's just few of them per day, none will wake you up nor disturb at all. City is cheap, much more than anything on Pangalo isl. also restaurants ate better. It's closer to attractions such as chocko hill, tatsiers, etc. I would come back at any time.

Review 21：The food was, to say bluntly, awful. Poor menu selection. The town center is a multicab or tricycle ride away and you cannot eat anywhere except inside the resort. The free breakfast was terrible - horrible-tasting hotdog but the rice and egg were decent. Even if you upgrade to the higher costing dish, it was none the better. The Management really needs to improve the menu. Seems this is a general problem with the area, there are no good restos around. Even the most hyped G__'s at the town center did not live to expectations. Free wifi was only accessible in the ground floor area and was weak. They did warn us about it though.

Review 22：I loved the infinity pool. It was big enough to accommodate several guests in the resort. It was also very clean and well-maintained. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The boardwalk was a pleasant surprise. Try reflecting there during your lull moments.

Review 31：I didn't like the wifi connection available only at reception area. Can't accommodate early arrivals. I had a tiring flight from abroad and all I needed was to shower and change before I'll join my family for a wedding practice. The reception lady was not helpful at all but instead telling me to just come back when some of the guest have check-out because they are fully booked.She can't do anything. It would be nice if they offered a place for me to shower and change but instead pointed to the common bathroom. I was able to manage to change and suffered 7 hours roaming around the city while waiting for my room. Noisy doors. They need to fix those doors because the guest has to slam the door so they can close it.

Review 37：Bed is quite firm, had back ache after my stay. I needed official receipt but they ran out of it, though they promised they mail it to me asap. Room rate is cheap so don't expect 5-star service from staff. The location is quite far from the city center. I had to wait 15-30 minutes to get a ride (jeepney or tricycle).

Review 38：I love the sunset view from my balcony! I always rush to go back to my room to see the sunset during my stay. This hotel has a lap pool, perfect for morning exercise.

Review 44：The olympic size pool is wonderful! The convenient location is near Tagbilaran but also out of the dirty city and easy to get going on visiting the island areas. The hot water unit worked well and the balcony was a nice place for coffee and sunsets with views from Punta Cruz to Tagbilaran and Panglao. Room and bed and bath were very clean. Air con was the modern split type.

Review 46：The room is very comfortable and clean. The view from the roof top is awesome. The pool looks elegant. Their food is good, but I love the Mixed Veggies! The staff are very friendly to us and they really took care of our requests. Though it's quite far from the attractions, I will be happy to stay here again.

Review 47：My review will be for the bad experience we had with the ferry service. On the day of our departure from Cebu last Dec. 27, we bought round trip ferry tickets at Wessam Cebu Domestic port office and was brought to the ferry terminal for our trip scheduled at 11:40 am. Upon our arrival at the ferry terminal we were told that our boat suffered engine trouble and will have a new departure at around 4:30 pm. Since we could not wait for more than 4 hours we requested for a refund and have to buy another set of tickets at the other ferry operator Supercat which have an earlier departure. Along with many passengers and tourists we have to endure the long lines and the afternoon sun. The facilities at the Cebu port needs more improvement for the convenience the passengers. There is no tourist assistance counter. I pity the foreign tourists who could not speak the local dialect and English.Upon arrival at the Tagbilaran Pier the tourists have to haggle with the taxis and tricycles for the fare to the hotel. The ferry terminal has no tourist assistance counter and no published taxi rates.On the day of our departure Dec. 29, all ferry trips to Cebu were cancelled due to approaching Typhoon Seniang. It was lifted only on Dec. 31. Again, we made several trips to the pier to verify the new ferry schedules as the offices of the ferry operators were closed and no office staff to answer queries via phone calls. Many tourists missed their flights to Cebu. Same with us as we missed our flight from Cebu to Clark on the early morning of the 31st Dec. We were able to re schedule our ferry trip on the 31st Dec 1:30 pm with Wessam. The Tagbilaran ferry terminal was jampacked with passengers. Again, Wessam ferryboat suffered engine trouble that caused the delay until finally, we were allowed to board at the ferry at 5 pm.

Review 48：The hotel management was very accomodating and extended our stay by 2 more nights because of Typhoon Seniang which left us stranded in Bohol.

Review 49：There was no proper eating room,we had to eat in the reception area. Menu was very limited, and we were charged for anything extra such as an extra coffee. The hotel only opened in April, so I think there is some fine tuning needed,as regards to the kitchen, such as drinks soup and main meal were all brought at the same time.

Review 50：This hotel is good value for the money, you get what you pay for and its hard to complain because its so cheap. The room was comfortable with a balcony and a sea view, and air conditioning, and mini bar. If you want a hot shower you have to specify this when you book,otherwise you get just a cold shower which we had to endure. Gardens and pool were excellent.
