Review 1：The view is beautiful. It was the first snow for this year in Kolasin. The rooms were very comfortable and warm. The people were frendly. We spent 2 day there and we enjoy them.
Review 2：its a little out of town, but the town is not the greatest place anyway.

Review 5：Located just outside of Kolasin (easily walkable) sit two mushrooms on a hill. This is an entirely unique experience and was a highlight of our trip to be sure. It's not a far drive to reach the Biogradska Gora national park which is beautiful. There are many great restaurants in and around Kolasin. Prices everywhere are completely reasonable. We loved our two nights stay here and highly recommend it!

Review 10：Very hot in summer. The numerous floor mats on the wooden floors had no added value and were dirty. Animals in the wood were eating the wood all night long, this was a bit disturbing.

The owners are an amazing family ready to help you in everything you need. Great location, near centar! Garage for car! If you would like to visit Kolasin and pay reasonable price for great accomodation you definitely need to visit this place! Highly recommend!

We stayed for one night (as it was a pit-stop on our drive from Durmitor to the coast) and already noticed it: a family of more staying for several nights would feel very cramped, I would think. We kept the boiler on during the night but still took a not-so-warm shower the next morning. It was not a huge problem because we stayed only one night
Review 19：Very cute appartment with very good facilities, place to park the car, etc. Everything was spotless clean, the kitchen was in good conditions. Very good for a couple of days. Good connection to the National Park Biogradsko (with a car).
Review 20：The property needed a few minor niggles sorted out to make it a wonderful place to stay- light in bedroom too low to be able to read by. No sharp knife in kitchen. Fridge was not on the level. Shelf in bathroom blocked light to bathroom mirror. But accommodation itself is lovely !

Review 22：Nothing, save that the bed had a very thin mattress and wasn't very comfortable, but one of us slept on the sofa bed instead and this was very comfortable. Also the towels provided were the size of tea towels!
Review 23：The incredibly clever and beautifully handcrafted mushrooms. They were surprisingly spacious inside and just so unique. The owner was also very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is a little way out of Kolasin but we walked in and out of the town centre a couple times and it only took around 15 minutes. I can highly recommend this accommodation. We would love to stay here again.

Review 25：We loved our stay in the mushroom, they really are a beautiful, one of a kind place to stay. The hosts were very kind and helpful. We were quite happy walking into town, there are streetlights & the locals are totally used to people walking on the roads. Not having a car was a bit restrictive, but I'm so glad we didn't let it put us off staying here- the guy in the tourist information was very helpful providing maps & leaflets of things to do close by- and sleeping in a mushroom for 4 nights was a once in a lifetime experience!
Review 26：The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome with a lift from the station when we arrived. We stayed in the really quirky and cosy mushroom cabins. A short walk from the town centre, with fantastic mountain views. Accommodation is spotless and comfortable.

Review 28：Definitely a unique stay - little mushrooms like something out of a fairy story. The bedroom and sofa area and upstairs and very cosy. We had problems finding the place (it's a little out of town) but the lovely owners came and picked us up from town.

Review 30：We loved the novelty of staying in a little mushroom in the mountains. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly and allowed us to enjoy our time there. It is very peaceful and we loved sitting on the little verandah at the front looking at the mountains (and the naughty sheep who seemed to run the shepherds ragged when they did not do as they were told!!) We walked into the town from the mushroom for a meal which was about a 15 minute walk but think that to really get the best from the location you do need your own transport. Altogether really enjoyed our stay in the mushroom and exploring the area.

Review 41：Our stay in the Art Apartments Minic was the highlight of our summer. We have loved everything about it. The location, the setting, the comfort of our "family apartment unit" spaciousness, clenliness, and wormth and hospitality of our hosts Mrs and Mr Minic. The family apartment was very specious, we had two cozy bedrooms, livingroom and kitchen. We especially enjoyed having breakfast on the outside patio, overlooking spectacular nature of Kolasin. The apartment was very clean and was very well equiped. Our hosts treated us as their own family, and were very welcoming and kind. Thank you!

The equipment for coocking was even dangerous. To of us got burned. We think the average rate of 9.0 is far too high. No idea, how they have got it, bit we would rate Art Appartments Minic with a 6,5-7.

Review 92：It was a unique experience sleeping in a mushroom ( the bungalow ). Our son enjoyed it immensely as did we. The hosts made us feel very welcome, the bungalow was clean, comfortable and fun. I would recommend this to anyone young at heart. Both the host and hostess are also painters and their paintings are displayed on the walls of their 4 apartments. The host also created and designed the 2 mushroom bungalows. All of this makes this accommodation stand apart from others.
Review 93：Don't go in May - it was very rainy so we couldn't do much... YOU NEED A CAR if you want to do more than see Kolasin - we thought we might be able to rent one up North but you can't, rent one from Podgorica and drive it there.
Review 94：Where to start...where else can you stay in your own log cabin hand built by an artist and his son for such a low price? We had booked a mushroom well in advance but when we got there it turned out she doesn't check her booking.com account much so didn't realise we were coming. They were very apologetic and asked us if we'd mind staying in the more expensive pine cabin but for the same price. Of course we were happy with this! The mushrooms still look fun but actually it was amazing to have our own little house for a few days. It's designed very nicely with a lovely living space to cook nice meals. There's a TV with lots of English channels. We sat with the couple in their living room on our first night to drink rakija and coffee and they showed us their amazing art. Her husband drove us to town as it was raining, so we could buy groceries. They were happy to drive us into town whenever we wanted but we only took them up on this the first time and when we left for the bus station as they were being too hospitable! They don't speak English but we got by with gestures, and their son will be called upon to translate if need be. They gave us everything we needed - towels, cooking equipment etc.
Review 95：The Art apartment Minic is a great place to stay. We were travelling by train and came in very late - our Hosts picked us up from the trainstation. Very friendly and very helpful in any way. The rooms were unique and clean. We had a wonderful time there.
Review 96：Just the best place to sleep in Montenegro. Such a wonder full, fairy tale place. Very friendly family that runs the place. The place is built by the family and they thought of all details. the kitchen is fully equipped and the interior is really nicely done. The place is worth to change your route.

Review 103：Water is provided by a pump system. There was a power cut when we stayed which meant no electric & no running water for showers, toilet flush etc.. as there is no generator on site.

Mr and Mrs Minic (and their English-speaking nephew) were excellent hosts... they drove us up to Biogradska and to Durmitor for very fair rates, helped us out with bus information, and even invited us into their home for coffee, rakija and a chat about my wife's home country (Malaysia)!

Review 109：We stayed in one of the cabin apartments for two nights. The place wasincredibly nice in its own right, obviously made with love and feelsvery cosy. Considering the price was it simply fantastic. Amazing viewfrom the terrace and there are lots of nice country walks nearby, and anational park around 10km away.The location is very nice, with town just a few minutes away, and it is very peaceful there. The hosts were incredibly hospitable and kind. They welcomed us, offered to take us to and from the train station for free and reccomended things to do. One night I went to ask them a quick question and ended up staying to chat several hours, so pleasant were they. I would have no hesitation staying here again, or reccomending to others.
