Review 1：Everything. Staff is awful. They have felons handling money

Review 2：Nothing. I paid for 1 night for a homeless man as a favor and they charged my card for 2 nights without authorization and I am now fighting with the bank. Trashy trashy hotel.

Review 16：While this hotel is older than others, I found it very clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The beds were amazingly comfortable! I wish I had their mattress on my bed at home! Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, coffee, milk,or juice.I was pleasantly surprised.

Review 19：It took 40 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up because the shuttle driver was also the only person available to check-in guests, so while she was out picking us up, 4 different parties had lined up, waiting to be checked in. The first family up had an issue with their reservation, and the girl argued with the family for 40 minutes before finally getting the manager who dealt with it in 3 minutes, while my family and 3 others stood and waited in their cramped lobby. Finally, despite checking in with a family of 4 into a room with two beds, there was only one towel provided, no cups, no sugar, no cream, and, most disgustingly, I had to clean out the coffee maker from whomever used it before me.

Review 21：the cleaning staff did not supply an extra roll of toilet paper even though there was just a partial roll. We had to use tissue paper! Also, the free airport shuttle is a joke. They tell you 10 minutes and half an hour later you're still waiting.

Review 29：The first room we were assigned was absolutely filthy. the second one was ok, we spent two nights and we book the following Friday on our return from Denali. The room had crumbs on the night stand and a left over piece of pizza on the floor, it hadn't been vacuumed nor had the second bed been made. The staff at the front desk were good, the cleaning staff needs a supervisor or a check list to ensure all housekeeping is done. The other thing that struck us as odd is that they sent a fellow to check the room to see if it was ready. They should have a list of ready rooms. I also called the cleaner as there was a huge cobweb on the light before entering the room......I know that you are busy as the rooms are less cost that most but it is very expensive from where we come from....I believe that had all the rooms been cleaned properly you could have doubled your income. Lots of rooms but not all could be let as they were not ready.

Review 30：We made our reservation in Mar and when we got there we were given a room on the garden level with a view of the underside of the cars in the parking lot 3 foot from our window. When I complained that I was claustrophobic we were moved to the 3rd floor which has a much nicer view but is still dated and tired looking Security was nil as the back door just down the hall from our basement room had no lock and was hanging from the top hinge.

The room was partially remodeled, new towels didn't hide anything. Couldn't hookup to the Internet till the morning, Boyfriend was worried, and I didn't feel safe.

On our first stay, room was clean had a little musty smell but the second stay at the end of our trip room was not totally cleaned found some left over trash from previous person, no extra to lift paper so we ran out and did not have full set of towels.

Review 40：Full Breakfast was a surprise. Only expected toast, cereal but received sausage and scrambled eggs and potatoes along with a choice of toast, oatmeal, juice coffee, got water for tea. Room had a small frig.

Review 41：Everything about this place is awful. Upon arrival, we checked in and there were fresh blood stains on both beds, it smelt like urine, it wasn't vacuumed, the bathroom was disgusting and a whole brewed coffee or that had been sitting there for days.

Review 45：Beds were dirty (pubic hairs), bathrooms were unfinished, air conditioner barely cooled room, shower changed from hot to cold on a constant basis (back and forth through entire shower), phone showed message but staff was confused when I called, someone tried to open our door in the early hours, one of the glass doors at the entrance to the building had large cracks like it had been shot or bashed with a hammer, there was a woman screaming in the parking lot, the room above us was grinding metal all night long, the door to our room looked like the original lock had been ripped out. We stayed up most of the night worried.

Unfortunately there was coffee left in the coffee pot, the sink and vanity were dirty. Room needed a good housecleaning. Very musty smelling. The attached restaurant was lacking as well in food selection and cleanliness.

Review 87：Lived in Alaska all my life, living in a rual area, having to go to Anchorage for doctors,groceries etc. forces us to rent hotels. I paid big bucks for the dirty room with dirty sheets and no microwave, i could go on and on. This used to be a very nice place to stay, didnt know it went downhill! If it wasnt so late at night with two young grandchildren at checkin, i definitely would have went somewhere else. Hopefully new management can bring this place back up to specs.

Review 88：Asked for extra pillows ended up with blankets. The whole place needs a remodel. The tub drain was all pitted. The bathroom corner floors were gross. Didn't see any bed bugs in our room. But I that was the first thing we checked.

Review 90：The very first sense of the room is the smell of urine, dirty carpet and bathroom. We found no quilt on the bed, just a sheet. But we are so exhausted as we arrived in 1am that day with a long travel and a bad shower, and gonna get up early next morning, so we decided to sleep in our outfits. It was horrible, it's cold and the room is smelly, the AC is extremely loud. Would not suggest this hotel if anybody ask me.

Or what booking.com had to say. Theroom was horrible and the sound of the night club upstairs kept us awakeall night!

Review 95：- Bed is old, soft and lumply. - Elevator narrow and very slow and our room is on the third floor - Spoiled food from previous customer left in the refrigerator when I check-in the room - Wash basin has a few hair strand left from previous customer - Hotel brochure indicates free local call, but the telephone in my room had no cord just the dead phone body - Only one body towel was provided for two people. There were two each for face and hand towel , hence this hotel should not base on the policy of One body towel per room.

Review 96：The guest room was average, the bathroom had no door knob on the door, no shower head, and a crack in the celing above the shower that collected water Nd dripped cold water while showering. Very unpleasant. Staff needed a lot of training.

Review 97：First day there i had little hairs around the toilet and on the seat, not a big deal but still kinda gross. My last day I was trying to rest before I went out that night and an electrician just helped himself into my room needing to fix the heater. It's the middle of the summer and 80 degrees outside, did he have to fix the heater right then and there?

Review 101：Bedspread had poop on it. Had to call manager two time to get new linens. Floors were dirty, only one plastic cup for water, coffee maker had black grime on inside, coffee pot water holder had some kind of growth on wall of holder. Bath tub had porcilin chips all over it, Air conditioner did not work. The place was grundgy and dirty all around.

The worrisome was some questionable characters in the dark, back "alley" outside my room window and by that unlocked door. Drinking & working on beat up car. Their friends coming and going. All made us uncomfortable because door had no lock. Creepy feeling.area right there in back.

Review 129：Despite a guaranteed booking.com reservation, they had no record of me in the system, but fortunately did have a room. Around 4 am, numerous people from surrounding rooms began making a lot of noise, slamming doors, gathering in the room next to mine, talking loudly. This went on for an hour. Around 7 am, a man and woman tried my door and then knocked on other doors and complained they couldn't remember which room was theirs. I called the desk and they escorted the couple, whom they said were drunk, off the premises.

The thin walls which allowed a group in the room next door to keep me up for a couple of hours in the middle of the night - not great when I had a 6am departure.
