Review 1：Very friendly staff. Good value for the location. We were traveling through with a one night stop over and were pleased with our decision to stay here.

Review 2：Everything was smaller than the photos lead you to believe. Rooms, breakfast room,everything. Wi-fi was a pain, cable kept going out.

Review 3：That when I mentioned that the a/c may need to be looked at, our bill was credited about $35. Thank you, Krista.

Review 4：Even though we stayed in a non smoking room, you can smell smoke throughout the halls. My card was charged an additional $60, no one was able to tell me why, per the property manager it may have been the type card/bank I use,per the bank the hold was placed by the hotel. Now, how inconvenient that some of my vacation money is being held, I have stayed in other hotels and this never happened. The booking site should interact more with the hotels; per site check in time at 2pm per hotel 4pm.

Review 5：-Had our room cleaned one day and didn't give us more towels (but took our old ones) -A month later, charged us for "3 missing pillows" (we did not take any pillows, and are currently fighting the charge) -Hallways smelled like smoke

We return late from our conference and of course the night staff is apologetic, but apparently this is a common occurrence. Bathroom wasn't really cleaned and the shelf was dirty when I checked in.
