Review 1：One of the front desk clerks was rude to me when I tried to extend my stay.

Review 7：Not really a dislike, just a comment. The hotel lacks the "oh wow" appeal that it first had. The first time I walked in and saw the throw across a chair and the curtain back on one side, and the tub...now, no throw, furniture aging, my tub gurgled and back filled in the middle of the night.

Review 9：The first reaction when we stepped into our room was 'Wow" the rooms were spacious with large luxurious beds and lots of natural light. It felt more homely and comfortable than many hotels I have stayed in. The best was the large bathroom with a spa looking bathtub that had windows that opened outward from the bathroom into the bedroom. The staff were friendly and courteous and the free breakfast was very good with a choice of cereal, eggs, yogurt, bread, biscuit and gravy, juice and tea and coffee. The free airport shuttle service was an additional bonus.

Review 45：We were unhappy to find out upon our arrival the the hotel did not have a restaurant as depicted on their website. The shower had absolutely no water pressure whatsoever. When I mentioned it to the front desk person she said that sometimes the third floor suffers if too many people are taking showers. Both days we went to take showers however, the pressure was non existent. I had a hard time getting conditioner out of my hair!

Review 52：I live in town and had to stay at the hotel for one night. I get up early and work out. There was no room to sit in the area where breakfast is served. I asked if I could have a to go container to take some breakfast with me--to work. I was told there were no "to go" containers. When the guy in the kitchen saw me looking at the containers he said, those were for evening meals only. The issues being taken care of at my house were taken care of sooner than expected. I found out early in the afternoon I would be able to go back home. So I checked out after work. Paid for 2 nights. Stayed for one and was not even able to have breakfast because I needed a to go container. Many hotels offer a brown bag breakfast for those who need to run. For the money I paid, a small to go container would have been appreciated. So difficult to answer all of the questions because of my individual circumstances. Would I recommend to others--would depend on their reason for staying. If it was a conference, and all the activities were on site then maybe. If it was business or something where one needed to be elsewhere in a timely fashion and was told they couldn't have an english muffin or such to go, then I would advise them to stay elsewhere.

Review 55：Initially given a room that vibrates as it was located above the boiler room. When we complained, we were given another room. We were disappointed that we were not given a better room initially as we had booked months in advance and were staying 3 nights. If the hotel had been fully booked, we would have been stuck in the vibrating room for 3 nights, which would be a terrible experience.
