Review 1：The house has not been renovated or redecorated since 1984, the facilites are very basic, some ofnthem broken. There is a standing fan in some rooms. The breakfast is rather modest. It isnprobably the locationthat allows the place to survive without a major facelift, and with relatively high prices.

Review 2：The location is great, if you like to look at the harbour and the sunset over it, and the terrace gives enough shade allday, aĺowing al fresco breakfast. Piran's Tartini square is 10 min walm downhill, Fiesa's beach the same distance the other way. The hosts are friendly and relaxed, sometimes too much of the latter.

Review 3：WiFi was only available in the common room. In the evening there was not enough warm water for showering, we had only cold water. Our panorama view from the balcony was hidden behind a row of pine trees..
