So we just close and hoping our friends doesnt open the door while we using it. 2) There is a guy not wearing a shirt with a scorpion tattoo in his chest. Walking around inside the hotel. Not sure was he a staff or not, but look like a staff. It was dangerous & guest may not feel safe especially family and female guest. 3) Not that tidy and clean.

Review 60：1. It is hard to find the hotel location. I called the hotel assistance many times but they failed to help. Since I'm from KL and not familiar with the location, it's a burden for me and family to reach the hotel. Luckily, one of the motorcylist help and brought us safely. 2. Unfortunately, my family and I were not happy with the CLEANLINESS of the hotel. Four of us (include one baby girly) were bitten and infected by bugs and guess what?! We need to apply medical leave upon reach at home. It's so TERIBBLE & AWFUL! I have contacted the hotel assistance and informed them about my situation, they just take note. This is so serious. Cleanliness is very IMPORTANT. 3. I feel unsecured during my stay at the hotel. 4. My family and I were not satisfied at all and not recommended. Eventhough we just stay a night at budget hotel, BUT we still have right to get a better sevice with clean bed, mattress, floor and so on.

Bed sheet - dirty, it has lots of stains. 3. There are baby cockroaches in the toilet and ants on the bed (under pillow and blanket) 4. No sound-prove wall, very noisy where you can hear what next room's people's conversation.

Review 67：Unwelcomed 'gift' from kids (claimed to be cats but I did not hear any meow just giggles). We had a corner room and disgusting pee entered our door almost everyday! Some rooms are even more unfortunate to 'receive' the kids' poo in front of their doors.

Review 72：Although no lift but its ok for us. Anyway we booked 2 family room 1 with 2 King beds the other one with 2 double beds. The room space is big enough. At first our room have some problem with the air cond but the reception willing to change to 2 doubel bed room for us and refund the difference. It's worth for budget stay.

Review 74：After changing room fm 3rd storey to 2nd storey initially wifi wasworking but towards the evening it is not accessible again. Staff agreedto clean up room but upon returning 5 hrs later room wasn't cleanedup at all. When asked staff just said maybe cleaner forgotten. The majorshopping mall was half hour walk away and there are no attractionnearby..just some small shops. Not a great place for family vacation.
