Review 1：It was raining when we arrived, but with views like these we embraced and enjoyed every second of our adventure. I have since recommended it to a friend who has just booked with Ocean Suites, Bohol. Food-The food selection on the premises was quite decent and the breakfast was a buffet that offered something for everyone. Super delicious! Staff-I didn't catch her name but there was a front desk woman who seemed to be working 24/7 as she was always there in the morning and when we returned from our daily adventures. She was always smiling, even when she had to deal with some of the ... more demanding customers. Customer service like this was very welcoming and definitely added to the relaxing environment of the place. There is a "hidden" infinity pool on the lower level that we came across by accident. These were quite beautiful and definitely were the main attraction to the hotel. The lounge area is also quite stunning and drinking in an open concept, outdoor seating area just added to the paradise feel of this place. If I ever find myself in Bohol again I will most definitely be back at Ocean Suites hotel.

Review 6：Very poor service especially in restaurant New Year's Eve ruined. Any food ordered took 30 minutes on a good day longer was normal. Hotel well out of town very difficult to get transport after 6 pm. No WIFI in room although you could get pocket wifi come on hotel just get the whole area done! You pay quite a lot for this hotel 45 thousand pesos for 2 rooms 4 nights bed and breakfast not worth the money am sure. You can get much better else where. Due to ruining our New Year's Eve will not return to this hotel and would certainly not recommend it

Review 8：Wifi needs quality improvement.The food is not bad but maybe a little more variation is needed. Panglao will be a better option to stay since its close to beach. Ocean Suite should think of a way to attract customers due to competition from Panglao hotels. Maybe like a 2 night stay at least will save people a lot or maybe it includes a discount for the tour versus current market price.

Review 9：The view from the hotel is just breathtaking taking you close to nature. It is recommended to take the sea view suite. Location is close to center of the Tagbilaran. I like the infinity pool , too.

Beddings of Room assigned to us was already used we need to request for Change of beddings with bad and dirty. Trash cans have also full of garbage. Meaning our room was already occupied but not change the beddings. Lastly, shower has no hot water and no pressure it will take 15-20 mins before you satisfied washing your full body.

Review 24：The staff were lovely. Even the GM came to chat with us. My room 206 on the top floor was a spacious and immaculately clean with 2 queen sized beds and lovely sea view from the balcony. We loved the 2 infinity pools on different levels. The restaurant food was tasty and cheap with the best beef burger I've had in ages. Most meals around AUD$10.00. The coffee in the cafe was great. The hotel is new and modern. We wished we could stay longer.

Review 44：It's the nicest hotel in the city proper. Food was great. Premier Rooms were very spacious, ideal for a family of 4. Loved the infinity pool, 1 big and 1 small. there was a table tennis set.

Review 45：The room was so small, hygine kit is available only upon request, even hair dryer you need to call them as you will just borrow it from them,and worst happened was when we have a dinner a clumsy waiter accidentaly poured the glass of water into my sons face, of course he say sorry but after that he just leave our table and did not come back, i did not nagged at him or said anything as it was an accident, i immediatly rushed to our room and get some clothes to my surprise when i come back to our table nobody of them at least cleaned the table the floor was wet and no one bother to assist, worst service ever, I call one of them to clean up for us to have our dinner, it was a very unpleasant experience , and I will not recommend it to anyone , its not worth the money

Review 47：We traveled with our parents who are senior citizens. But they were notgiven senior citizen discounts for their room accommodation. Booking.comand Ocean Suites Hotel should & must review their policies on thismatter since this is a Philippine Law.

Review 50：The shower had no water pressure, and it was impossible to get a water with a stable temperature. The wifi didn't work so well. The breakfast was terrible except for the freshly cooked eggs. The beds were uncomfortable. No hairdryer and no tissues in the rooms. The "infinity" pool is a joke because the pool isn't filled up properly. So there is an edge around the entire pool. How can this be considered a 4-star property? What a joke!

Review 52：Since we came from panglao, we went to the hotel on our own and they told us that because they were not able to pick us up they are going to give us a free transfer from the hotel to the sea port or the airport., The free breakfast was good, The pools were very breath taking and the rooms were clean, very cold aircondition.

Review 55：For my whole stay, the water in the shower never really heated up whenever I took a shower. My room faced the street and the windows weren't sound-proofed so it was noisy even late in the evening. The breakfast was so-so. it's far from both the beaches and the malls. really weak wi-fi.

Review 57：The water pressure was very weak so it was difficult to take a shower. You couldn't make any outside calls from the room and the reception is so hard to contact. I called a number of times but only got through once which is frustrating because there were no elevators so I had to climb up three flights of stairs from the room to the reception every time I had a request. The place is also far from any establishment, public transpo is hard to come by and food delivery is limited so make sure you buy everything before you get to the hotel or just eat at the hotel. Outside food has corkage of P500 which is a bummer.

Review 58：The place was as beautiful as it was in the photos! The beds were comfortable, the pool was just the right kind of warm and the view was absolutely amazing! There's also a pinpong table and a Scrabble board you can use for free (which we did!) to kill time.

The breakfast buffet is good and they offer a variety instead of serving the same food every day. The location is just beside the Blood Compact Shrine that you only have to take a walk to reach it.

Hotel also forgot to organise the following days tour of bohol and seemed surprised when we turned up at reception for the days tour as arranged the day before. They did however rectify this quickly. Restaurant didnt have many items on the menu.

Review 74：First ever negative review we have left.. Avoid this hotel at all costs..... Location in the middle of nowhere, closest beach 30 minute drive away.. Service from staff was completely non existent. Bar left unstaffed continually. Breakfast absolutely awful, only saving grace was the bread and they didn't have that one morning. Walls in the bedrooms just plasterboard very thin and wobbly.. Drinks offers were rip off, they offered two drinks for the price of one during 4pm - 7pm, however during this time, the actual price of the drinks increased. Apart from breakfast which was included, only ate once in the restaurant. Pizza served cold, was awful in appearance and was a cheap frozen tasteless type,,,, brought this to the attention of staff, they simply reheated it in a microwave and represented it lukewarm.. A pork dish was served that just contained pork bones, no meat... Staff just smiled and shrugged when we complained. Met three other couples who actually booked alternative accomadadtion forgoing monies already committed. Can't stress enough how absolutely this place was which is a shame because if you got rid of all the staff and employed people who actually cared about customer service, then it could be a really superb venue. We could go on and on, but it really is awfull.

Review 76：It said on booking.com that the transfer from the port would be for free but they emailed us and said that it would be 200 pesos. From the beginning we didn't have any room and they told us to sit down for a while. (It was 5 pm and check in was 2 pm) after a while they came to us and said: you've been upgraded!!!! And we got a family room in the basement instead with an extra bed that we had no use (we were 2 people and had 3 beds) for. We should have got any other compensation for waiting so long. Breakfast was rice and fish. We asked the reception to call a taxi for us and they said that they didn't have the number and offered their car instead (very expensive). Then we took their car to the bus station and we saw the bus pass our street a couple of times when we were in the car. So the reception couldn't even tell us that it was just outside the hotel. Just rubbish.

Review 84：Top floor infinity pool has amazing views and warms up all day, so it's lovely and warm. Sunset here is special. Staff are friendly and helpful. We recommend renting their scooter and making a day trip to the tarsiers and chocolate hills.

(Understandable that the check-in time is 2pm but I guess its better if they will inform their guess about not having an early check in so the guest can make other activities instead of waiting) *Room Curtains- doesn't fit the whole window. There are some spaces that the curtains cannot accommodate. * No bidet in toilet. So if you're a Filipino traveler be prepared to use a tissue paper. *Water supply in shower is not that strong. *Lacks hotel toiletries. They just have a tissue roll and a shower gel that's it aside from towels. Lastly, I would say that the location, ambiance, and hotel facility (except the shower room) are good. But if you are expecting something like a 4 star hotel when it comes to service don't expect that much.
