Review 1：Towelling bottom sheet is a local custom, and we have met this once before in CZ. Not important here, as all otherwise so good. But owners are aiming at foreign customers, so would be sensible to phase such sheets out.
Review 2：Hands-on, charming owners. Interesting building in 5* location by river, castle, historic centre. Lovely countryside nearby (migrating cranes this time of year!) & also forests as well as coast & beaches. Excellent food - local products & producers where possible.
Review 3：The noise from the street can be noisy however there is now a bypass so the noise level should be reduced.
Review 4：The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much for them. The food was excellent as was the wine and whisky tasting. The grounds are lovely and very relaxing. Would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

The hotel fronts to a road and though i haven't experienced staying in such rooms i could imagine a noise issue, and reason why i have only rated it good for location. In other respects the location is exellent if you want to stray into Darlowo for shopping etc etc.
