Review 1：Toilet smelly, water heater have problem. Sound proofing very poor. Can hear the next room ml sounds, very noisy. Downstairs pub music very loud make me can't sleep well. Staff service n attitude very bad. room prices very high for this type of hotel.

Review 3：The staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs and try to accomadate to help us as we arrived only at 11pm. They offer to help us order a takeaway to be delivered and gave us a few shops which open 24h or till 4am.
Review 4：The directions to get to the dormitory were not clear. Near the bed there were no hangers, their hooks, a small shelf to put something. The lighting was so dim. In the restroom there was not a toilet seat, which is unbelievable. The place we wash hands was not cleaned so the water didn't drain away. I really hope they will improve these things for their precious guests.
Review 5：The shower head was big and it was comfortable. The staff dried my clothes and the next morning she brought them to me in the lobby.
Review 6：Service is very very bad. I book a FAMILY DELUX ROOM but when check in they give me a DELUX DOUBLE ROOM!!! Aircond inside room are not cold at all!! And the staff there a very very unfriendly!! Will never stay there again next time!!!

Review 8：The staircase to second floor different from the picture which is not so good for children. No room service when we request our room to make up. Corridoor too dark. Prior to our arrival at 5pm, there was ppl working on the air con and it was not clean up when we arrive.

The staffs thier working style are not efficiency at all , when I was required a printing receipt after check out and I wait for almost 20 min just for a receipt &somemore the amount in it are all wrong . The staff at the lobby just sleep and snoring like tat at the morning and I'm there to knock the table to get the wifi password he still sleep like that and ignored my knocked -.- lll the room ceiling's leaking and the bed is all the water , can't sleep at all . We requested to change room and they changed to us yet the room lightbulb keep flashing after we'd switched off, make us can't sleep well ! SO SUCKS !
Review 11：i dont like the receiption.i booked my room thru booking.com..but my debit card cant pay..then i called hotel told him i will chk in afternoon n pay cash.he agreed that.while i chk in im asking how to cancel the booking confirmation at booking.com he told me no need.after 2hrs..he email me n said that i hvnt pay for the room.again i talked to him.he told me he was the one sent me email.n insist i hv to contact booking.com to cancel my booking.i was angry n walked away..after one hr again he email me already i paid n chk in with different id.he just make me tension.

I have to contact citibank which confirmed payment but they didn't believe me. after more than 1 hour, the receptionist found her payment receipt. this hotel shouldn't be listed since they don't believe in providing good service. imagine standing at the counter for more than 1 hour for the hotel's stupid mistake.
Review 14：Everything!!! Checking in is fast but attitude is bad. Heading up to theroom (2nd floor) walkway is dark and the sound proof is bad. The room isacceptable, jus sound proof is really horrible.I book thru this with Booking.com ... Told to pay cash upon check in. End up. Hotel charges me 3 different transaction. One of them is even before I check in. Tried to call hotel, no one answer. Seriously, recommending not to stay in this hotel unless you walk in and pay cash. save hassle.
Review 15：Location is the only thing I can say as Sutera area is not big. Soregardless which hotel u choose at that area is all good. Slightly farfrom the mall but still good
Review 16：Everything was okay except for the cigarette smoke that came in to our room from the room next door. We can small the cigarette fumes and it was very inconvenient as I was travelling with my 9-year old daughter. Also, there wasn't cable TV.

Review 21：Had booked a one night stay at here hotel, the location of the hotel is near sutra mall. Nearby the hotel there is many rows of shop houses and a food court that open till late, on the same side of the hotel there is several massage places for travelers to unwind and relax. The stay at the hotel was quite good, it had decent security and as our room is quite near the back door of the hotel the hotel had take the liberty and locked it after 10pm. The stay was comfortable with decent interior, as our allocated room was near the corridor we had expected it to be quite noisy but it did not. Upon stepping into the room the noise was completely cut off. The beds were comfortable and had little print of here hotel on the pillow cases. It is indeed value the money

Review 30：6/9/2014 - First time in JB. Wife got function to attend. Me, wife & 3 kids came in at 2p.m. My first impression.. waaaa... very nice outside look. When look at the triple bed room located on the ground floor... Grrrrr... very bad. , the room is not ready with heavy tobacco smell. Ask them to clean the room first. Then I came back at 5p.m. Still they didn't solve the smelling issue. Have to wait for them to use exhaust fan, wait again until 6. Still the same... Arghhh... I was cheated with their amazing web photo. ask for refund, no refund. Fed up, packing then move to another Hotel.. Burnt my money & time.
Review 31：shower takes a long time to run until hot water actually comes thru. Over 10mins of water just wasted down the drain!!! Noise from outside can clearly be heard No lift.

Review 38：stayed 1 night because we had to take an early flight from Senai. The place is fairly close to the airport. Surrounding area has lots of food outlets. Shopping is also nearby (Sutera Mall). Outdoor public carpark lots are available in front of the hotel and they do have someone stationed in front of the hotel overnight.
Review 39：Rooms are small, staffs are inefficient and took them a long time to attend to us. Corridors are noisy on a Sunday morning which spoils our late sleep in and disrupt our sleep.

Review 93：Went with 2 other families and were told by hotel staff that they didn't reserve our rooms of a family room, a triple delux n a junior suite! Each family were given 2 standard rooms good for only 2 pax and each family had to be in separated rooms! These rooms were pathetically small with a small walkg space and for some, no windows. I was even more appalled when we were told to pay much more for 2 pathetic small rooms and having to split my family into 2 and our rooms were far apart. Imagine the inconvenience we had to go through having only 1 luggage with us on this trip! We were only given a discounted rate after we got angry and refused to pay for anything more than what we commited initially through our online bookings. My rooms and the beds were clean though but my friends can't say the same for theirs. One room had ants crawling all over and another, with no hot water. Hotels water systems were bad and we could hear irritating flashing and water refilling noises throughout our stay and it was especially loud at nite.
Review 94：It was frustrating checking in and finding out that the hotel didn't reserve the rooms that we had booked online. Family rooms were all taken. The lady manger that handled us were patient and apologetic, and her humble attitude did make up for the mistakes. The housekeeping service were quick when we requested for extra pillows n toiletries.

Review 101：I booked through Booking.com early on 10/11/13 and checked-in on 04/12 but paid RM 1034 for the hotel and another RM174 for an extra-bed (for 3 days). The cashier told me I would only be paying half the price if I book through the Hotel's webpage. The problem was I didn't know the hotel has its own webpage and why still allow Booking.com to charge so much. Felt cheated. Will not be using Booking.com in future.

When there is some one using the tab water, there again have the sharp noise. very lousy.

Review 112：We didn't expect much from a budget hotel and on the whole, the room- though basic, was pleasant enough and importantly, clean. However,there were little hiccups - without which, it would hv been a better-than-average experience. We were given a ground floor room - walls were thinn we could hear sounds of construction next door till early evening.Layout of bathroom was odd - no separate shower cubicle and the showerwas between the sink and the commode, rather than being at corner of thetoilet. So this meant entire floor became totally wet when showering.Kettle worked but the on/off switch was loose, our cupboard railingand soap dispenser cover came off easily. These little things should befixed so as not to mar the overall experience, and the hotel shouldreally review the layout of toilets and install at least a showercurtain/railing if not floor kerb.

The 2 rooms that we stay were clean and nosmoking smell upon entering into the room (Junior & Deluxe). We willdefinely stay in this hotel again.

Review 118：Recently I stayed in room no. 301 from 20th to 21th March, 2013 I noticed that the room toilet quite smelly may be the smell comes from the floor strap and some noises . The hotel towels had some stained on it. I would suggest the housekeeper or the operation manager pay most attention into this issues. The other issues that I would like to highlight to the management to maintain the prices not based on perk season and low season. You are not operating a 5 star hotel.
