Review 1：Some of the rooms and fixtures can be updated and modernized.

Review 2：Nice hotel that has free breakfast and free parking. WiFi will cost you a few dollars/euros a day, but there is an attached shopping center to the hotel that I think is worth it.

Review 3：My room had wall paper that was separated from the wall, a shower component needs repair and the balcony door was hard to open and close.

Review 4：The hotel has many locations to hold business meetings, the staff is professional and the hotel overall is clean. Close to beach and has an attached shopping center with restaurants, grocery store and shopping.

Review 5：The room was not ready on time. Reception was slow and did not answer our questions quite correctly, their attitude was quite clearly, I am here but not really interested in helping. We were not advised we had to pay for the garage and I did not mind but the service received was not what I am used to at this Hotel. I have stayed their before and have never experienced such lack of help. I know the centre and people who live in the apartments and was suprised to see how the Hotel has deteriorated. Sad to have to write a review like this for what used to be such an amazing Hotel.

Review 18：No wifi in room Despite being given a price for 3 adults in one room by booking.com, when I arrived, I was charges 35 euro extra per night for my sons bed. This made the room tiny, and the price unacceptable. The staff were friendly, but the facilities are a little worn out. A pleasant hotel but certainly not 4 star.

I bought a 375 ml bottled red wine from a nearby supermarket and planed to drink it in the room. However, I was refused upon asking for for a wine opener at the bar. It is ridiculous since I was not going to sit in the restaurant but bring the wine back to my room, why couldn't I just borrow the wine opener from the hotel ? The waiter at the bar said to me that I have to buy a wine from the bar in order to use the opener ... how can the guests of the hotel be treated like this ??? I was utterly humiliated !

Review 42：There is no free wifi in the rooms. The gym is not free. The bathroom fittings are obsolete. The so called "low cost" telephone rates are exorbitant. It is cheaper to use your cell phone to call Kim Jong Un than making a local call from the hotel room.

Review 43：I booked a suite and it was huge and very clean. The breakfast is very good and the beach is 5 minutes walking from the hotel. Price in low season is fantastic for a 4 stars hotel.

Review 44：Where the hotel is not expensive the service can be. Cleaning Clothes isexpensive but alternative is to use the available cleaning services inthe Shopping Centre. Wifi in Room is not for free, and the reception inthe Bar can be poor in some areas. You pay 5 euro extra if you ask theBar to deliver drinks to you room. Expensive food in the Hotel (but fewnice alternatives are outside Hotel) . No Bar service at the Pool afterseason. Gym is not free as it belongs to a different company. The Doorsfrom the Balcony are a bit annoying if you try to close them but you canget use to it.

Review 45：Location is great. The Hotel is few minutes from the Train Station,Buses and Beach. The trip with the Train to City take only 15-25 minutesand to Cascais or Estoril approx 10 minutes. The Hotel has its ownShopping Centre with a Pingo Doce shop (something like Tesco) with cheapprices. Also you can clean your clothes in one of the shops for muchbetter price then it the hotel. Outside it has fantastic restaurants(dinner available from 7pm but cheaper then in Hotel). Good tv channelsto relax after return to room. Drinks in Bar have a fair price but seemy minuses. Very friendly, nice and helpful staff. Good English and oneperson in the Hotel Restaurant speaks German. The Rooms are clean andBeds comfortable. The rooms have good Air conditioning.

Review 52：I had asked for a non smoking room and was given a smoking room that absolutely stank.I had to wash the pillows before I could use them.The bed was extremely hard and lumpy , the old fashioned TV was the size of a small car , there was no safe, the carpet was stained and there were chipped and worn bathroom facilities.The staff were unhelpful.This hotel caters soley for portuguese families-everyone else, forget it!

I thought from the internet it was reasonably close to beach.. It wasn't. No I don't think this hotel was 4 stars. The gym if you want to use it belongs to someone else & you have to pay, and all over the place was a very bad smell. Worse hotel I stayed at in Portugal.

It was a great location for the festival as it was a 5 min walk to the beach and only half an hour away from the festival by train. The staff were very friendly and even offered to make a packed lunch on the last day as I had to catch an early morning flight and left before breakfast started.

Review 122：The pictures on you web site are a lie it shows beautiful pictures of the beach. And you can even see the sea from the hotel. This pictures need to be changed this is false advertising

Review 123：We went over Easter and the spa was closed on Easter Sunday - There was no notice that it was to be closed. It was then a mission to use the swimming pool, u had to have a swimming hat, which we didn't have and they could not supply one as they didn't have any and asked us to use the shower cap in the room, by this time we decided against it. There was a charge for the sauna etc, which I feel is not right if you are a paying guest.
