Review 1：My family and I checked in together, and because my husbands name was not on "paper" they refused to give him a key to the room. Prompting him to call and knock on the door several times at 6:30am! Very inconvienent. Same last name, room was occupied with Him, myself and our young daughter. At the very least, the clerk could have called the room to verify who he was. Very frustrating, especially for the price!

Review 8：The "Non-Smoking" room had a cigarette smoke stench that gagged me when I walked in. I called and they moved me to another room. It was ok. I was in a hurry booking this room. Had I taken some time, I could have had better accommodations for 1/2 the price. Not sure if that is a problem with the hotel or Booking.Com. But I don't know if I will use either again.
Review 9：The breakfast was OK. They said breakfast was a buffet in the 'restaurant'. If you've ever stayed at a Hampton or similar and had their Continental Breakfast...this was the same or less. Not a restaurant at all. Just a Continental Breakfast, like anywhere else......with less selection.
Review 10：Did not like the fact that I had to get two rooms and they put us on each end of the hotel! They were not together!!!! Also no elevator had to carry all our luggage to the top floor! Poor choice and will be staying there again in the future.
